How many clowns do you have at the moment?

Aren't clowns inherentely resistant to logic and ordering, and thus counting?

Why can't there be a clown who is willing to mock the entire idea of clownhood and thus become a paragon of order, whilst maintaining his clowny exterior?

Isn't the essence of a clown his interior clowness rather than his makeup?

If that were true, would that not mean that it is possible to be a clown without any clowny accoutrement's, and thus make everyone, in fact, a clown?
