Impatiently, the little fairy grabs his ear and pulls on it, “Come on, Ken! I really think we need to get the hell out of here!”
Ken felt his ear being tugged by the fairy speaking to him, "Ye- Yes ma'am!!" He quickly responded. Ken jumped out of the window and landed on the ground, he spread his wings a little just to get comfortable and started to run to the far side of the university. In his mind he was thinking of how birds fly so he could figure out how to use his wings to fly in a emergency, since some days he would sit and watch the birds fly and how they motion there wings, but for now he must concentrate on getting some where safe cause people are trying to protect him, people are trying to kill him, people are dieing cause of him... He ran and ran straight to the other side of the campus hoping to find some place to hide. |
As Ariel was watching, the other small angel from the other side of the wall began running away from the hole. Ariel didn't like the idea of such a little kid running around with gunshots firing and screaming everywhere, so she flew down to join him.
"Hey, little guy, it's dangerous to be out here alone," She said. "I only really trust those guys back there, and it's pretty scary out here, but it's scary in there too..." Ariel was almost talking to herself more than Ken. "Let's just stick together, okay?" |
========This post approved by PrinceRoger=============== The gargoyle's roar echoed in the classroom as he leaped to his feet. Pain no longer mattered to him, the others in the room didn't matter. The only thing that mattered was the demon, it had threatened his clan, 'Restraining it was no longer an option, it must die now!' Michael caught Namziroath off guard, as he tackled the larger demon bringing him to the ground. Michael clawed wildly at the demon, catching one side of the demon's open wound and ripping the flesh, further. The demon roared "I grow tired of your continued interference half-breed!" The demon reached around finally grabbing hold of Michael by the leg, and throwing him into the wall. Namziroath rose to his feet, he had to catch the angels before they could both fly away, suddenly a desk caught him across his head, his neck swiveled to its point of origin, just in time to see the second desk coming towards him, but unable to react in time. He saw the gargoyle on his feet again already, throwing the projectiles at him, futile as his efforts were, he had a become a bigger nuisance than the others, through his persistence if nothing else. He charged the gargoyle throwing aside a third and fourth desk as he advanced. Michael didn't have time to react as the demon wrapped his larger hand's around the gargoyle's throat, pushing him against the wall. Braced against the wall Michael managed to bring one taloned foot up against the demon's thigh, cutting into it with his sharpened claws. He pushed against the demon's leg and both toppled to the floor, rolling in the debris until finally the demon gained the upper hand, looming over the gargoyle he began to laugh. "Die you stupid son of a..."the rest of the sentence was drowned out by the sound of the 5 gunshots. The dwarf stood over the lifeless body of the demon, its tongue had been severed by the gunfire that passed through the demon's mouth and into his brain. Ben was shaking, barely able to hold onto Ezekiel's gun as he looked over what he had done. The body shifted, as Michael threw it off him, breathing raggedly, covered in both his and the demon's blood. He spread his wings and let out a triumphant roar, finally Namziroath was dead. |
Ken stoped when he heard something behind him, he turned and saw an angel woman. She was quite beautiful but her clothing was a little to revealing so ken blushed and kinda looked away from her to be polite and not stare, but then he looked at her face. "Hey, little guy, it's dangerous to be out here alone," She said. "I only really trust those guys back there, and it's pretty scary out here, but it's scary in there too... Let's just stick together, okay?"
Cause he knew his manners he replied "Yes ma'am, but I need to go to the parking lot to see if my daddy is there!" and with that he started to run to the parking lot to see if his father escaped this nightmare or was trapt here and transformed into something else. |
Cael hit the ground hard, and blacked out for a minute. When he came to his body was aching but he was ok, he looked down and saw small holes in the ground where his head used to be on most likely created by acid. Then while looking around he saw the Demon, it was dead. "So who was the one who killed it, I definitely did not do It." he said while standing up and looking around. He saw some weird creature made from stone, some kind of ghost thing, a pale girl, and some guy with a gun. Cael then smiled or at least smiled the best he could. "That was a close one, I am surprised we are not dead" Cael said while checking himself to make sure he was not dead. "So what do we do now........... I think we should look for that angel from before." Cael said out loud mostly to himself.

Ariel was concerned for the little fledgling, but she felt bad for him and his father, so she followed him closely. She knew this was not a good idea, but she didn't have the heart to break the little kid's own heart. She flew above him, where she felt a little safer, with more manuevering options.

Ken finally reached his destination, he went to the right side of the parking lot to his father parking space but he didn't see his car. So he looked around and saw a car smashed ontop of another one, he looked at the car on the bottom and saw something familiar about it. He rushed toward it and looked inside the crushed car and was horrified at what he saw, the corspe of his father was half crushed by the car on top. Little streams of blood flowed from the drivers door, as Ken dropt to his knees eyes filled with tears his head rested on the door and so did his wings. His wings disconnected the bloody streams path way and changed course onto his bright feathered wings; Ken was so horrified, heart broken, sad, and depressed he did not cry out loud. But he only knelt there ignoreing the blood going on just his wings. His tears just flowed down his cheeks and landed on the ground.

OOC: I'm making an educated guess, Roger.
Adrian didn't understand the question, but as he began to say "What?", the Wraith spoke through him. Half is yet bound, but the original is free." , he told her simply. "Whatever..." Adrian muttered. "This is becoming weird." |
OOC: woot I finally get to post.
Arthur screamed into his pillow his world had been fractured. It only happened an hour ago but time seemed to slow as the maddness sneaked into the depths of his mind. He still couldn't forget the blood that he had spilled. Blood from what was his best friend Jake. It was a beutiful day, him and his friends were playing baseball like they used to when they were kids. Arthur was up to bat. Blood rushed into Arthur's hands as he gripped the bat. His vision became tunneled as the pitcher wound up his pitch. He could hear his muscles tighten while the ball glided through the air closer and closer. Arthur shook violently in the bed as the horrid memory progressed on. He teared up slightly in one eye as the room morphed into the base ball field. Arthur began to swing his bat. The world groaned while it bent and broke away from what he once knew as reality. The sky turned blood red and part of the baseball field disappeared. He sobbed as the memory of his friends fading away filled his mind. Finally the memory that pierced his heart came full circle. "Arthur, help me..." Jake gurgled to Arthur as he curled over onto the ground. Arthur turned to him and stepped back in horror. Jake's bones twisted and grew. Jake extended his hand out to Arthur as his flesh turned a dark green. Arthur ground his teeth as Jake's hand grew claws. Arthur twisted in pain, watching his friend turn into a monster. He could hardly believe it, his once dearest friend, was now a beast that desired nothing more than to kill him. The remnants of Jake's humanity slipped away as he lunged at Arthur. Arthur jerked aside as the orc fell to the ground. What happened next was what kept him from going outside. Arthur began to beat the orc on the ground with his aluminum bat. First it was the cracks from the bones, then splatters from the flesh, and finally thumps from the ground as Arthur relentlessly pouned the orcs head with the bat. Arthur cautiously moved from his room to the other rooms in his house. It was once a cozy home where he and his mother had resided. Now he looked out to the mystical wilderness that he could see from where the corner of his house used to be. He had lived on the edge of town, had he only been a few yards from where he was he could have escaped being apart of this living hell. Arthur looked out his window at the single base that remained of the baseball field and the mound that now contained the orc. "C'mon man you need to go out there for Jake" Arthur murmured to himself. A single silver crossed looked up at him from his desk. Arthur slipped it around his neck and with his bat in hand he set out to explore the new world. To seek vengence for Jake, and to rid the new world of any other abominations that existed within. Arthur lit up a cigarrette and moved out into this harsh new reality. |
Ariel’s wings gently beat, holding her hovering over the grieving boy.
Hilary had been loudly huffing as the boy and now the angel ignored her. Yes, she wanted to get the kid out of the room and away from the satan wannabe but no she certainly did not want to go running around through campus in this insane night. Ken had run to Violet Hall’s parking lot….only a distance of like a hundred meters from the classroom but still…Hilary felt dangerously exposed….everything was so huge…and the black sky seemed even more foreboding at this size. Movement drew Hilary’s eye. “Um…Angel girl….Ken…I really think we should get back inside…there’s something-aaahh!” The fairy let out a short little scream as thirty meters away on the other side of the small parking lot a creature leapt on top of a Ford Focus. Something told Hilary that it wasn’t a human changed into something else. It looked like nothing she’d seen back in the building. It was long and low to the ground. It moved fluidly like a wolf but the fairy thought she counted more than four legs. The details were hard to make out but its head seemed insect-like with large mandibles that clicked as it seemed to study the area. Moments passed and something caught its attention to the north towards the quad. It leapt off the car and loped off in that direction swiftly. ************************************************** ******* Half is yet bound, but the original is free." , he told her simply. Sorsha controlled the urge to sigh. She’d never met a wraith yet that just answered a question plainly. “What House-” the vampire’s words were drowned out by a roar from behind. She half turned to meet the potential threat while still maintaining her watch on the demon. A gargoyle charged past leaping across desks to slam into the demon with such force to actually knock the behemoth down. Sorsha watched the struggle dispassionately. Maybe she didn’t have to fight the demon afterall. Normally, she would predict the gargoyle’s destruction but she was now noticing just how wounded and weakened the demon really was. The gashes in its legs were already scabbing over, the demon’s prodigious healing factor at work. The jagged hole in his back was still bleeding profusely and its movements were still showing the weakness from the wraith’s touch. Of course, as the demon sent his smaller opponent crashing into a wall, she wondered if her first impression was the right one after all. Her hand tightened upon her weapon preparing to strike if necessary, though it looked liked the demon was intent on leaving out the window. Well, if it was willing to move off…that was fine with her. Her blood had been up after the oaf smashed her shoulder and if it had been any weaker creature who’d dared such a thing she’d feasted on his blood long before now. Several of the scribe’s desks careened into the demon and Sorsha watched as battle was joined once more. Noting the wraith’s inactivity, she strode towards the two titans gracefully spinning the metal bar among her fingers. Well, it wouldn’t hurt to help a little… The demon had the gargoyle pinned to the wall now. Step. Thrust. Pivot. Step. The demon roared as his favorite metal bar was reunited with his innards once more before being wrenched back out (Not a chance she was gonna leave him another javelin). The vampire’s strike coincided with the gargoyle’s foot upon the demon’s weakened leg, The two collapsed upon each other rolling through the smashed desks and chairs. Sorsha leapt out of the way her eyes upon a dwarf hesitantly stepping forward grasping a strange metal object that shouted weapon to her. Sorsha sat upon a remarkably unbroken desk and watched the short humanoid awkwardly cross the room. Several times he stopped but he started again each time. Certainly not fulfilling the image of the stalwart, raging courageous dwarven warrior. Still, he was clearly facing and mastering his fear… Sorsha bared her fangs as dwarf’s weapon thundered and the demon went down. Minutes later the dragonborn sat up and Sorsha wondered again at the menagerie she suddenly found herself thrust into. She tried to remember…anything past waking up pinned to the wall…but it was all a blur of incomprehensible images. "So who was the one who killed it, I definitely did not do It." Said the dragonborn’s deep voice. She raised an eyebrow. Sorsha had never heard one speak before. She didn’t say anything. It was best to wait and see in such situations. It was a decidedly strange situation to be parted from her bond to her sire. "That was a close one, I am surprised we are not dead" it rambled on, “So what do we do now........... I think we should look for that angel from before." An angel? One of Drey’nor’s lot, here? Dragon’s breath what was going on? A long dark brown haired human who’d been lying unconscious throughout the entire battle sat up and screamed even as a red headed naga slithered into the room. OOC: I've created a new OOC thread for discussion. I've important news for you all there. And thanks for taking part guys...its been a blast so far! |
