You've the potential to make quite awesome cartoons. Keep working at it. Also, as a general rule, characters who speak first should have callouts above, or to the left of any other callouts; (ala cartoon #2) otherwise it looks like the other dude is saying his lines first and then it doesn't make no sense. Keep trying, and you will succeed... and if you don't... say screw it and go bowling!

Good beginning. I suggest that you use a lighter shade of blue for the sky when you have black text, or just use speech bubbles.

Text bubbles would be nice. And it's hard to tell the order in which the characters are speaking at times. Other than that, they're jawesome. ^_^

It would be a good idea to save the comics as gifs or png's. You're using BMP, which wastes lots of bandwidth and server space, especially since your comic is only using about 8 colors. I see some potential, but it needs lots of work.

There's some potential here, just work on your jokes a little longer, and it will be better. But I'm no comic artist- It might be better if you e-mailed brian himself and asked for advice.

Can I suggest moving away from sprites? Pretty much everyone hates sprite comics unless they are REALLY good (thus 8BT is the obvious exception to the rule). Yours are good but would benifit from custom artwork, to distinguish your comic from every other comic on the net, and to stop people from judging it on the basis of using sprites.
