I just hope Kojima actually makes this a worthwhile purchase. Buying Subsistence had jaded me towards him, because the 3-D camera basically makes the game playable and not just tolerable like the (quite expensive) original Snake Eater I purchased, not realizing he would not only repeat his Substance shenanigans (so glad I passed on bothering to get MGS2 at release) but actually put in WORTHWHILE CONTENT and CHANGE THE ENTIRE CAMERA MECHANIC TO SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T SUCK.

So what I'm saying is, if I got a PS3, which I'm probably not going to anytime soon, I'd still wait to buy Metal Gear Solid 4: Substandard Limited Edition Rerelease For Make Illgotten Money.

The actual game itself looks mighty awesome, though. I hope they makes the controls easier, though. Taking hostage in MGS3 Holding down O (but not too hard!) and pressing R1 and Square and then releasing Square without accidentally letting go of O? Just make it work like Splinter Cell, Konami. In fact remove that lame "they get free after about ten seconds" thing, that's lame. Make it an automatic knockout of the soldier you're holding hostage after ten-seconds or something if you just have to have something like that. I also noticed that enemy soldiers always shoot and hit you anyway, so taking a human shield was rather pointless, as the enemies don't care about hitting their buddy and are also really good at only hitting you.

Regardless MGS3 is probably my favorite game. Ever. I'm just saying it could've been better with a better control layout.

Wow, that was absolutely amazing. Great story, amazing cutscene material...
Now if only I had (or was planning on getting) a PS3 to play it on...

Really guys... 499 is not THAT much expensive if you plan on getting MGS4, Killzone 2, Home, LB-Planet, Heavenly Sword, FF13, Motorstorm 2 (which IS coming), Lair and that "MaleLaraCroftGame"...

Plus, you get Assassins Creed too, which is like.......... damn!

Sword fight with the supposed immortal guys made no sense due to the whole WHAR SNAKE WHO R THESE RETARDZ factor. At least they made sure to put Snake up first. =/

That said, it looks cool. Still not worth getting a PS3 (I doubt anything ever will be), but still cool.
