The Ultimate Code: Part 1 (no sign up)
 

(Alright, this is NOT your regular RP... It is just a fun, weird RP-like thing. It's not really a RP, but we are all writing this together. We're writing "The Ultimate FFX Code". Which is just like a reaaaally long, complecated hidden code for the "ultimate" code in the whole game. (don't worry, very rediculous things will happen. ^^;; )
The post doesn't necessarily have to be long like mine is, but it would be good if we refrained from doing 1 line posts a lot (and it kinda helps from speed posting, which could make this get ugly)
RULES:
1. Some really crazy stuff can happen, like: "After you talk to Yuna 99 times in a row, you'll get teleported to the strange white screen where...." But don't drift from the regular story of the game too much.
2. Try to write in a walk-through-like fashion. (like, you're talking to the "player" of the game, giving them instructions)
3. Remember, the point of this is to get the "player" to go through as much hell as he can to get this stupid code right!
4. We're writing this TOGETHER, so you don't have a character, like a regular RP, we are combining ideas to make the worst possible step-by-step way to get a stupid video game code in the world.
5. Put all of your personal comments to the other RPers after you write "OOC" because often we will have to use just the brackets for the "code". Just making sure there's no mix up.
6. Don't skip too far ahead in the story with one post just because YOU want to make up what happens when they reach macalania or something like that.
7. remember: HAVE FUN! ^^

Alright, let's get started. (Why FFX you ask? Because it's either 10, 9, or 6, and currently I'm working on X (well, X-2 actually but still) so... oh well)

Alright, this is the step-by-step instruction on how to get the ULTIMATE Code for FFX. You must follow this VERY carefully for it to work.... but I promise you... it'll be worth it.

Alright, first the game starts out with the whole "This is our story" bit. So watch the opening like usual. Then you're in Zanarkind, in control of the main character. Talk to the little boys holding the blitzballs first and you HAVE to name your character "Gayfo". (Don't ask me, Square wrote this game...)

After you finish naming Gayfo, go normally until you reach where you have to go down the streets of Zanarkind (you know, the part where that one announcer is talking while you walk?) Well, you HAVE to stay in that area for exactly 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes are up, you will hear the announcer say something like, "The game is almost ready to start, but where is the star? Where is Jecht's son? The crowd is getting anxious folks..." THEN you go on and...

(OOC: Next person's turn! Just add on to what I've done. (don't ask me how long this is gonna last. It's just a fun/weird thing. I've tried it twice before with FFVI and Earthbound and it was pretty fun. ^_^ ) (I really hope you all understand how this works ^^; )

"..you play normally until you meet Auron. When you fight the Sinspawn, you MUST make sure Auron and Tidus do an even amount of damage in battle (around 1100 hp apiece). After it dies, you have to fight exactly 24 enemies before hitting the machine. When you get sucked into the ruins, take ONLY the potion. forget the 200 Gil. Also, save three times in a row (IE three different save slots of this game). Don't open the vhest, and just go on. When you fight Geosgaeno, let Tidus finish him off, and when you fight Kilikk, let Auron finish him off. After that..."

OOC: Hope I got the spirit of that right...

you will AURON IS DEAD AND SO IS TIDUS AND JETCH IS REALLY SIN AND THE AEONS ARE DEAD PEOPLE FROM ZANARKIND. ALSO, YEVON IS CORRUPT AND EVIL, AND YUNA IS HALF AL-BHED. Ha, now the story is ruined for you.

So after that continue down the path you were on...

What? The point was the write a bad walk-through for FFX. Worst walk-through I could think would be one that ruin parts of the story from the begining.

And just because people stopped posting after I posted doesn't mean I necessarily killed it, just I was the last one to think of anything.

Eventually you'll end up on an Al-Bhed ship. You need to talk to one person who gives you 3 potions. You need to wait 5 minutes, then talk to him again. After that wait 5 more minutes, then talk to everyone there. If you did it right, the story will advance once your done talking to everyone...

... Rikku will come up and talk to you. She'll ask some questions, but make sure that you also choose the choice closest to the bottom of the list. Afterwards, Rikku will give you a "Raven's Feather". Once you have this item, go and talk to all of the people again. After 4 minutes, talk to everyone again. One of them will mention something about his daughter wanting a pet bird (if you can read Al Bhed, if you can't, don't worry it still goes on anyway), and will ask you for the feather. Choose the middle choice and then...

OOC: Actually I would have posted a long time before, it's just that I haven't played FFX in a while and I'm too lazy to go and look up exactly what happens.

OOC: You probably wouldn't have posted since this would still be down on the list of threads if it had not been for the argueing, but of course I can't prove that.
