Most frustrating game moment ever: Deus Ex 2 on PC (my laptop to be specific)
I'm about 70-90% through the game, I've made it to the part where they officially state I'm a clone, and are going to wrap me to the sanctuary, I've been letting my friend play, and we keep coying the saves to another folder so they won't get overwritten. Anyway one day my friend is playing and the game locks up, he tries Ctrl+Alt+Del, Alt-F4, Alt-Tab, everything but nothing works, so he hits the power as a last resort. Then he turns the computer back on. No the save files aren't corrupted, oh no MY ENTIRE C:\ DRIVE WAS CORRUPTED, THE GAME KILLED MY COMPUTER! I had to re-install/re-make (I was in a graphic design class, and lost a lot of work) everything. I never played the game again, no I broke the disk in two with my teeth, then took the shards and put them in the microwave, then took those remains and threw them on the stove till the fragments were badly warped.

As for bad gaming experiences, everytime I get attacked (and killed) by a level 70 (max level) while innocently grinding/questing on World of Warcraft.

Silver Surfer, infinite lives, infinite smart bombs and that game was still hard as hell.

Megaman X6- I had no problem with any of the other X games, or any of the original Megaman games for that matter. But 6 earns my ire for some strange reason, perhaps because they took out most of Zero's special sword techniques and just gave him X's moves (Note: Since Zero became a fully playable character in 4, I've played nothing but Zero [on the first run at least] while my brother preferred X. In X4 and X5 I'm a master and combining Zero's special techniques in mid battle.)

Battlefield 1942- whenever I fall/eject from a plane/survive a plane crash in the water and I have to wait 5 minutes to die because there is no chance of getting out on my own.

When you sit down and think "Right, I'll play some Guitar Hero" so you stick in the game, whip out the guitar from behind the sofa and prepare to rock. You choose your favourite song (Elephant Bones in my case) and get to the very start of the solo, only for the game to crash on you. So you think "No biggy, it is summer and it's probably just a little hot", so you load it up again, and choose another song (Carry Me Home), and again, it dies just as you get to the verse.

You try time and time again, and you just think "Great, my disk is fucked. No biggy, I'll just get it replaced somehow" so you stick in another game (Gears of War) to still if the problem persists. And who'd of thunk it, it does! Every game that I try playing on the 360: original xbox games; demos; XBLA Games. They all crash a few minutes into booting them up.

So now I phone up Microsoft, they tell me it's out of warranty (seven months out) and that'll it'll set me back £50 and almost a month.

That was me yesterday and today, and I am now very pissed.
(But hey, mine lasted longer than my brother's one, who had his second one break on him a couple of months ago)

Zombie Master: Half-Life 2 mod
Those Zombie maps on G-mod
And I feel I should mention the up coming Left for Dead as well.

I don't really like the Zombie mods, thy're an excercise in hopelessness, you just don't win.

Zombies Ate My Neighbors is my most favoritest game ever for SNES, speaking of Zombie games. But that game is rife with frustrating moments, like when you can see the victim about to get mauled by something in a room you need a key for, so you're screwed. Also every giant ant level sucks hardcore.

I just remember Hugo's House of Horrors 3. In this parlour there was this cat. The graphics were so bad, however, that I thought it was a plume of smoke coming out of what looked like a chimney. If I had known it was a cat I could have got through easily ( I had some cat related items) but instead it took me hours wandering around before I starting using every item everywhere only to discover it was a cat.
And there was this silly bridge you had to walk over without touching the side (or you dropped the matches). Because of the hideous camera angle this was near impossible. But the real problem was dropping the matches would cause you to be unable to finish the game, something one didn't realise till much much later right near the end of the game. So you had to go all the way back to the beginning. Sigh.

Hugo was evil. EVIL. EVVVVVVVIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

The murder mystery one wasn't as bad as the original one, though.

The original one was satan incarnate. Yes...it was Jesus.

The original one wasn't so bad, especially as I played it after finishing Zork 1-3. Which leads me to:

Anything in Zork 1-3.
The absolute worst was making my way through the labyrinth in Zork 1 (there was no map anywhere, you just had to stumble through and it took hours) only to realise I needed it to make it back through the labyrinth and hadn't written down how I got there. AHHHHH!

I just saw the Transformers movie yesterday and on my way home decided that I need a new game and so purchased the TF game.

Never before have I gotten so pissed off with a game so damn quickly. Literally within half an hour I threw the controller across the room. The god damn difficulty on this game is immense and the way each chapter is set up means that if you fuck up even one point you have to start the whole thing over from scratch. Very poorly designed, very fucking frustrating.

I just started Pokemon Fire Red again. Magikarp. Do I need to say more?
