Elmdor battle, FFT.

God, I hate Celia and Lede.

Meh, the most frustrating part about that was learning Ultima.

It took me over an hour the first time, after I had stolen every piece of equips Elmdor had.

Well, this wasn't frustrating for me, just hilarious to watch.

A friend of mine has been playing Black and White 1. I had never played or seen it played before so I asked him to summon a fireball and throw it. He kept saying no because he was hard at work preparing to convert the next town in his path and didn't want to slow down.

So I keep begging him until finally while I see him training his pet he says "fine!" He summons a fireball and casually heaves it offscreen. He continues training his pet for a couple seconds when we hear a bang in the distance coupled with screaming.

Turns out the fireball landed perfectly in the center of the town he was planning on taking for hours. I bet I give him a thousand more shots he doesn't land one as perfect as that. All of their resources burned to the ground along with a good percentage of the population.

His look was one of anger and awe. I slept well that night.

-Just seeing what I'm assuming is the last level in Journey to Silius. It was self scrolling, if you've played the game.
Woo! Journey to Silius! I loved that game. I'm pretty sure the last level had the same music as the first, but I can't remember totally.

I heard it was originally supposed to be a Terminator video game, set in the future, but that they changed the plot at the last second.

Oh, Nethack is rife with them. It's somewhat easy to die in that game (I've never gotten anywhere near beating it in non-explore mode), but sometimes you have this awesome character that just gets killed by the most mundane of things.

Thanks to a freaking floating eye, I was frozen in place for long enough that a bunch of rats actually took down my level 7 Valkyrie.

I really need to watch the threads in here more don't I? Closing, feel free etc.
