Has anyone here ever heard of or seen the Red Vs Blue series? If you like Halo, shooters in general, or just some good comedy, it's an awesome and funny series using in-game halo footage.

Definitely one of the only good things to come out of Halo existing, heheh. I picked up the Season I DVD at work a few weeks ago, quality stuff all around.

Yeah, I think alot of the people here have heard about red vs blue. Some even have the quotes in their signatures. I always find it strange that when you find one interest, it always links up to another in an unexpected way. Many of my favorite movies/songs/shows/things have ended up all linked together in some bizarre version. Of course, you probably don't know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, I bought the dvd off the website and have been borrowing it out to friends constantly. I don't think in the month I've had it that I've actually physically had it for two days straight. Very popular, now everyone I know is starting to quote it.

I'm dissapointed with season 2, though. I think its doing what normal comedy sequels often do, base the movie off the jokes instead of the story line/idea. The first season was based around the idea of two apathetic armys fighting for no reason in a parody of military settings, and the jokes were worked around that idea. The second season seems to bend the characters out of, um, character, by bending their personality to make room for a joke.

Also, that episode about the toggle switch was just stupid. Sorry, it just is. Oh, and just so the fans won't flame me, I still absolutely love the series, and wait for the video to come up every sunday.

I like RvB. I purchased the season 1 dvd and have watched all of season 2 so far. Very nice stuff.

Yes, I have seen the series... And from what I know, I am the first person to use quotes from it in signatures.

And I'm liking season two... Caboose/O'Malley is better then just Caboose, Church is back with a body, new character Doc, and some others things.

season 2 is definitely shaping up to be as good as season 1.

We've already had some great moments for every character and i have laughed my ass off a number of times. I am just wondering how long they can keep this up.

I haven't seen all of season one yet, but I like what I've seen so far. Every episode is just hilarious.

I've seen most all of season 1 (or maybe all of it, I can't remember)... But I have to wait until my brother brings his computer home from college to watch any more of it because my computer freaking SUCKS... *ahem*
But really, I can only LISTEN to the episodes on my computer, which isn't that great if you're watching/listening to it for the first time, so I wait and watch it on my brothers computer for the first time, then I have it on my computer if I just want to fast forward to a funny line or something. (and since I know what's going on from before, it's not all THAT bad)

But yeah, go Red vs. Blue!
