Final Fantasy Tactics Online...
 

Who would like the idea of making the game FFT(ORIGINAL) online. I would SOOOOOOOOOOOO play that over FFXI ANY DAY! That game is brilliant, however it sucks that the only enemies you can put your brilliant-minded party against is a machine with automatic moves. Man I would like the competition to be interactive, and TEST your party against other people!

The original? No. FFT:A? YES. SWEET STRATEGY GODS, YES.

Both would be good for online, but no Totemas allowed.

Well, of course. Combos are fair game, though... 2 Knight Combos, a Time Combo, a Gold Combo, a Killer Combo, and a Gun Combo, all at 10 JP... sweet.

they are making a front mission online, hold up and see if they do it right.

I much enjoyed the original, over the new one for several reasons. If anyone want my reasoning on this, just ask.

And I don't need your reasoning, because being a ff tactics freak, I already know what they are.

If they did ever make a tactics game online, it should be that you are allowed a certain number of people per battle, and you then can choose from some races to fill in those spots. The characters would all start at level one, but you can level them one level at a time to whatever the max level is under whatever class you want. Then you can spread out a certain number of JP between all of the classes, then choose your skills. Then choose weapons and such that are given to you.

That would be the fairest way to do it, though you could also do it like the game, where players have to level up from eachother in battles and customize their character like it was the original game.

er... are you describing where you have one character, and you join a team of characters to make a tactical fight? Cause that would be boooooring. However, I didn't fully understand you, so that's likely not what you said at all.

I would more like it that I create my own entire party, and I face it upon other people, because it is your brilliance that comes up with the whole team, and how they can use their abilities to work with each other.

However if you're saying that you have lets say 5 guys, and it's a 2v2 with your friend, 6 on 6 battle, so that you can only choose 3 of your 5 characters for this battle, then that would be quite cool.

I was describing where you have an entire team yourself, not just one character. That would be boring.

And I didn't really think of that, but team battles would work to (Not large ones, because then you would have to wait to long)
