Star Fox 64: Most Quotable Game?
I could make entire short stories using only quotes from Star Fox 64... if they let me throw in a quotes from Star Wars IV: A New Hope, I could make novels.
|
Indeed, one could.

wow... that was... and interesting way to spend 1.35 minutes...
|
Not what I had in mind at first, but Okie dokie!

I clearly need to read VG Cats instead of just waiting for links like this. |

I regard Metal Gear Solid as the most quotable game ever, with Starfox 64 at a close second.
Thing is, the only quote from MGS people tend to recognize is, Snake, what happened? ...Snake? SNAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!!! |
Pffft - Quest For Glory V and XIII.

MGS is way quotable, but so is StarFox... I can't choose.
MGS has more epic lines, StarFox has wackier lines... "I am the great Leon!" "I've lived in Alaska longer than you, so call me if you have any questions about the flora or fauna out here." (The only reason I know this is because I have friends who do this mashup of Cam Clarke quotes, mixing Kratos with Master with Leonardo.) "I guess I should be thankful." "They're carrying five-five-sixers and pineapples." "Slippy get back here!" "I can't believe I'm being hit on by the famous Solid Snake." Augh! So many quotes! It looks like wikiquote has more for StarFox 64 than Metal Gear Solid though. |
Mei Ling's thoughts on Starfox:
"He must be crazy to fly a Hind in this kind of weather." |
OBJECTION!
Still, MGS has one of my favorite video game quotes: "Snake, in China they say, 'You must cross the river before you tell the crocodile he has bad breath.' Do you know what that means?" Also: "Well, women have more hiding places then men" |
