Game Ideas
 

Hi, i'm looking for a new game to play and i'm hoping for recommenations. I have NO console but a good PC (rock on!) I prefer RPGs myself. Any ideas?

Okay, go out and get yourself a PS2. Then you'll have a very wide range of RPGs to play. No, seriously, if you're an RPG fan, a PS2 is what you need.

Well hmm that closes down a lot of good rpg's but I think I can help you. have you played all of the Final Fantasy games for computer, if not I definately suggest you play those.

All FF's played, Baulder's Mastered, KotOR done, Arcanum played (lost copy), and Fallout played.

I believe Daring is more of a PC RPGer.

Try Planescape Torment, Deus Ex (1-2) and Icewindale (I-II, great D&D fun).

if you can get over the bland combat, morrowind is great

I would hardly call them RPG's, but Diablo I and II and Dungeon Seige can be good games if you feel like hitting things with a sword.

don't forget about mashng the mouse button!

Diablo is the button mashing king. Dungeon Siege though.. It's like they don't need you half the time. You just tell them what direction to go and they take care of all the business. In a 30 minute fight all I had to push was the health and mana potion buttons a couple times.

Warcraft 3 (plus it's expansion) have several RPG elements in an RTS game. In fact, there are so many mods and maps for Warcraft 3: FT that it could be an RPG within itself, if you take the time to download it all.
