Flare is a Lamia. Lamia are snake people. Snakes are cold-blooded, ergo, Flare is cold-blooded.

Cold-blooded means she cannot regulate her body tempature, though she can handle cooler temps with fire, but in this case, it's lights-out for Flare until it warms up, or someone heats up her body though all the armor she's got on. It's not a status effect, it's something that naturally occurs.

Besides, she doesn't like dogs due to allergies. (just like in RL.)

Well, I think blasting off at the speed of light can't be far away now for the fifth Arhra and bizarro Flare (Or 'Flair' as everyone should refer to her. Come on people, all the cool kids are doing it. You want to be cool too, don't you?). People do not like other people tearing up their corporate monoliths.

Also, I came to the realisation that any weapons Arhra stole would probably be reasonably crappy, seeing they're just taken off sentry turrets from what is now an outmoded security system. On the plus side, she also stole that Anti-Skills System which I'm sure some of the people from Avvy 3 remember. While hard to actually use on anyone, it could come in handy.
