For Story, we'd have to have some reason for the normally skittish and undependable forumites to unite. Something big.

We could always do the whole "You get sucked into a fantasy Dimesion, have fun lol." But that's been done.

We could say that some unknown force has turned the forums into this, and in order to save the 8-Bit website or something, we all have to work together in this strange game.

Kind of sounds like .hack, but what doesn't?

Or, we could say this takes place in an alternate universe where instead of a bunch of posters we're all a bunch of warriors. Have an original story but put the names on the characters as we see fit.

Maybe the Mods are nobility in this world, and each section of the country is known as a Forum... Towns are called Threads, etc.

Also: If I am to be a Lawyer-Ninja, I must shout "Objection!" with each flurry of Shuriken.

Well them, I must send out hoards of useless, yes useless, zombies that stall till I use my uber spell. It doesn't calculate damage, it just say "Pwned."

Also, for what it's worth, I volunteer to be this game's official Spelling and Grammar Meanie--let me run through text for mistakes and things. Because I'm picky like that, and I want this game to be awesome right down to the item names ( b^__^)b .

Oh, ditto. I mean, seriously, I nearly busted my PS1 controller because of all the errors in FFT. They gave me migraines and beat my inner child.

Yeah, go "Die in obscurity," whatever that means.

Although I'm far from perfect. I still am unable to properly use semicolons. I blame FFT for that.

(Speaking of semicolons, Ryu Kurai, have you ever read Lynne Truss's Eats, Shoots and Leaves? It's an excellent book about punctuation and grammar, and enjoyable to read at any level of grammatical mastery. And, wouldn't you know it, it includes a section on semicolons, which I found to be quite helpful. I do hope I didn't abuse my commas in the previous couple of sentences...)

Ah, I got that and a couple of other books before I moved. And now, a mere two hours away from my college, you had to go and remind me that they're still at home. Damn Damn.

let me offer an idea for another "Warior" class (since soldier has two stage two)

Brawler - I use my ass kick fu powers to beat you up

also, i'd make Witch and Wizard seperate stage two classes, ith wizzie being DD and the witch being debuff

Make there a mechanic class, just for the hell of it, and later tiers can pilot mechs, because that would own.
