Arhra, yes, unless you want to change it to Cecil Garm for no reason I can come up with.

Edit - Why are you all assuming that no NPCs are firing at the Ogres? They're just outside the wall and currently trying to break the gate, clearly the archers and mages have already started (As well as the Orc Archers).

Edit 2 - That, or those who are firing should be quickly smacked by superiors to stop, if there is some hold fire for reasons I can't comprehend.

I never said they weren't. Then again I never said they did, and I could see how you could see that they weren't firing. Here since I seem to be in the group of archers, I'll say something about them firing here and there in my post.

EDIT: Got a question, can I take other people when I dimension walk?

RMB--I would rather you didn't kill the general. At least not like that. I mean... it's just not particularly believable. Besides--it's not going to do that much for you really. The general has laid out the strategy. It's the individual commanders that do pretty much everything from there.

Lum--Ok'd other than the Gorgon Eye. Make it slowly petrify or something, but instant death is too much.

Akamaz--Buff out the description and bio a bit, then I'll decide.

Also: Sorry about being MIA yesterday and most of today. No real excuse or anything.

Do you mind if I start another PC sometime in the future?

EDIT: What is the intelligence level on the ogres and what are the chances that by continuing to feed one I could befriend it? I mean are they completely evil and driven by rage or would you let a Elinium/Tamuli like relationship happen?

Red Mage Black 09-01-2007 10:37 AM

I honestly hadn't banked in on any other strategy but that. If Astidus wouldn't have them killed on the spot for not following orders would it be believable he had a hit put out on them? It's the only other thing I could think of for what you proposed beforehand.

IHateMakingNames 09-01-2007 12:57 PM

Lum, the evil eye's effects would also be reversed once eye contact is lost. Otherwise it's still a one hit victory (Instead of just instant death, the guy now has a stone leg, thus severely crippled).

Dem, if it were not during a giant attack, that may work. But right now the Ogres are in kill mode, and have hundreds of other Orcs and Orges supporting their kill mode, as well as hundreds of humans killing them to fuel their kill mode.

RMB, I have no idea what you are asking.

ok, i fleshed it out a bit there, hope you like

I would suggest changing your breaded necklace to a more useful beaded necklace, unless that was what you intended.

Akamaz 09-02-2007 02:49 PM

everything is deep fried nowadays. :)

done :)

You do keep all of your stuff tightly secured and out of any Kender's reach right? Please tell me you do. This will end badly if you haven't Kender proofed your potions and poisons.
