take the test, find out where you stand politically. its rather fun actually.

I am
Economic Left/Right: 7.62
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.31

that places me directly on top of Milton Friedman.

I got this which doesn't surprise me.

Economic Left/Right: -4.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -3.74

Last time I took it -2,-2... and I posted it on the old boards.

Let's see if anything's changed...

Economic Left/Right: -1.62
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.82

Yip, quite a bit. FREEDOM FOR THE PEOPLE! Ya!

And it doesn't surprise me at all. The questions have gotten a bit better, and my views have gotten a bit firmer. And, I'm near where it says libertarian should be, and after reading their website, I have to agree with the libertarian standpoint in general.

Whose Jaques Chirac?
I'm with him and, apparently, Pope John Paul II.

I despise popes, but all those religious questions probably hooked me with him.

Edit -
I can see how I relate to Chirac. He probably wasn't too bad of a guy, he just couldn't stand being walked over like me. Because of it, because of his relentless beliefs and ability to think and do hard work efficiently, he had to be squelched by society and the rest of the world. Like I fear will happen to me. He was a true threat to life as we know it.

I could only find out information on the Pope blessing and performing catholic ritual junk. Can't tell what kind of person he is. I guess the poeps have to be wearing a mask all the time, poor guys.

I'm a gay, moderate Dalai Lama...

Economic Left/Right: -6.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.90

Although I oppose most governments, this seems about right considering soe of my views. I'm right next to Nelson Mandela and the Dalai Lama.

martyr, Chirac is the French premier (is that what they call their president? I'm not sure)

Martyr 03-05-2004 12:00 PM

I just read that he isn't anymore. Or else he isn't liked by anybody. Heck, i'm pissed at the French for their performance of late.

I'm in civilizations class. Apparently, France is revolution central. So I'm confused about why they would have a long standing government.

Of course, I'm a couple centuries in the past in my thinking, but, whatever.
