Damage Control

Who do you think takes the most damage?

We all know that the world hates BM. He's also taken quite a few blows from WM's hammer. How does it compare to the number of Fighter's stab wounds? Or the number of times RM has hurt himself. Or just gotten picked on as an outlet of aggression? Even Thief got beat up a few times, even to an inch of his life with his encounter with Berserker.

BM because Sarda doesn't like him.

Emotional damage included, I'd say WM. She's the only one to have had a crisis of faith or identity, much less BOTH.

Maybe it's Black Belt.
Because he was totally killed, TWICE.

Though the most physical damage she's had though was someone bumping into her. But in terms of emotional damage: what about RM and his daddy issues? and the orphan kid has the most emotional damage hands down.

Sage Harpuia 09-06-2007 05:00 PM

Didn't theif made up the daddy issue?
But as it seems the damage has been done and it doesn't make it any less real at this point...or whatever.
Also I say its the people of the world(in the comic) is taking most of the damage.Though theres isn't much damage to them now, at least not yet.

Boom.

Emotion damage is Onion Kid's territory, no argument.

Physical damage though... when you consider BM had all his particles shifted right out of Sarda's cave while time stood still, and should be dead, but was kept alive so he could experience more pain... like being hit by Australia. And getting frozen in that chunk of ice. Yeah. RM getting (verb)ed by Ur might compare, though being mostly mortal I have no idea what that's like to know.

Deskeletonized?

As an alternative to whatever else might be said, yes. "Deskeletonized" is very preferable.

Hang on... who got healed with the healing shiv? That's gotta count for something.

Tendronai 09-07-2007 08:43 AM

Thief got hit by the healing shiv. He also tends to get horribly mauled whenever Berserker shows up.

I think that Black Mage has taken the most physical damage. He's been killed through spine snappage, had numerous heavy objects fall on him (including a giant and a deathtrap), gotten chased around/hammered by White Mage, and has suffered greatly from attempting to learn/use Blue Magic.
