So fucking amazing. When Black Sabbath's Iron Man came on, it was just fucking epic.

I shall see this, for it is possible that there is now a good Marvel movie.

It does look good, and yes, I will be seeing it.

Agreed. I'm not usually a fan of Iron Man (especially now due to Civil War) but from the previews they definitely seemed to have nailed the character's personality and the Black Sabbath music was just too perfect for words.

They nailed the pre-Civil War personality of Stark and even gave the Iron Man suit origins and all of the cool powers.

Top notch. I'm so down with this.

They couldn't have picked a better actor for the role. I mean, Robert Downy Jr. Basically IS Tony Stark.

It'll be interesting to see how much the bring in Tony Stark's drinking problems into the movie, since that has plagued him in the comics on and off for quite some time. Any idea who the main villain will be? Mandarin I would assume?

Oooo... When I heard Jon Favreau was directing this I was afraid it was totally going to suck.

But maybe, just maybe, he's geeky enough to make this good. Hope is restored!

I love the fact that Robert Downey Jr. has started to take roles where all he has to do is be Robert Downey Jr. Iron Man is cool and all, but ever since Kiss Kiss Bang Bang I'm a definite Downey convert.

Also, on a kind of unrelated note, why can't we get another Rocketeer movie? It's only been like twenty years, and Jennifer Connelly is still hot, just say everything aged in real time and have him face off against the Commies. I only mention it because of the whole "Iron Man sonicbooming through clouds" bit at the end.
