MUST be a hoax. I think it's a criticism of certain marriage customs that survive. The testimonials really give it away as being false. I'm interested to hear what you guys think of this.

You know: They say it's 'absolutely legal' in the FAQs, but I think it's more of a gray area. While they are technically correct that you can marry as young as thirteen with parental consent, the whole 'consummating' thing becomes an issue with ages of consent.

Kind of amusing, though.

Yeah, it's a joke. Some of them are pretty damn funny, though.

"We got tired of Carrie so we're marrying her off, out of our hair!"

I think I recognise some of these girls from my high school.

Which would be understandable why their parents would want to marry them off for a price.

Another good tip off to it's joking nature are the high quality of the pictures and the fact that none of the candidates are ugly as sin.

The testimonials are great, too.
