Metropolis: Vicious City
 

Shad and Anya took off like a shot. The armless bot fired it's jets in pursuit. The rogue took off after it and the other two followed it. The bots were gaining on the bike.

Aras ran to the side of the building and got on his bike, then began to follow the bots, Shad, and Anya. He was catching up to them all.

Shad juked back and forth, and then with no warning at all swung into a tiny side alley.

"You might want to hold on, Anya. I think this's going to be one wild ride."

OOC: Insert Beggar's Canyon-esque flying skillz here. Oh. and hairpin turns are my friiiends. Now my roomie needs the net, so i won't be on for a couple hours.

Chris rushed out in the streets to see what was happening. He knew he could never catche up, but he could watch from a distance as long as he could. As he rushed to the street, he stepped in a small stream of water heading towards the gutters. He slipped and fell. He felt his foot that he stepped in the water with almost being pulled by the stream.
He quickly got back up and realized that someone inside might need help still, maybe hurt or something. He looked at Shad and Anya racing down the streets, and hoped for their safety.

Anya glanced back, then looked forward again, "Don't worry about me, I'm not going to fall off any time soon. We just need to lose these robots... but that might not happen any time soon..." She said... she racked her brain, trying to think of a way they could defeat these robots without any casualties.

Vince flipped out the hoverboard and ran after them. Damn no dice He continued to pound shots into the bots backs as he zoomed after them.

OOC: I really don't think a hoverboard can keep up with the robots and hoverbikes...

ooc: well you didn't say anything about it when it was keeping pace with you and Anya earlier. And anyway that's a double edged blade there. If I crash on the board I'm totally screwed. Broken bones, sloughed flesh, the works. Even with my jacket.

Elektra jumped onto her bike and took off. She tried to catch up to the bots, but they had a good sized lead on her. However, she pushed her newly repaired bike to the max. She turned down the same turn as Shad and Anya.

OOC: She'll anifest her powers fully soon.

OOC: You never kept pace with Aras and Anya, not that I remember. If you did, then you shouldn't. A small piece of floating metal can't keep up with a large bike with a large engine to keep it floating.

IC:

Aras had followed Shad and Anya in the alley, and heard Electra coming up behind her. The bots were still inbetween him and the girls though.
