So, I'm looking to start a webcomic and would like some advice.
Essentially, I need advice on how to start out. Not so much with the actual making of the comic, I'll rely on Photoshop for that. (Although any advice on borders, good websites for sprites, or anything you'd like to say would be appreciated) But the part I need the most help with would be actually getting my comic up on the internet once it's been made. So any advice?

Make a few and let's see them- from what the quality is tells us where they should best go. Drunk Duck is a popular place.

Alright, tonight I'll be brainstorming titles, plot ideas, characters, and if I get far enough, doing a rough sketch of what I want before I find the sprites.

I know a good place to make custom sprites. I would recommend doing that then doing just Recolours. |
Ooh, link?

Here you go.
Just a warning it only showcases the 4 walking directions. You will ahve to make your own edits, but it can be very very easy if you know what to do. |
Sprites seem like they are a little... limited, sometimes.
Plus, other methods let it have a little more creativity. |
Alright, I'll give it a look. Any tips on how to edit?
Indeed they are, romaunts-love. Maybe some sort of mix of different styles? |
None that I can think of off the top of my head, it sorta was a trial and error for me. And how do you plan on doing backdrops as well?

Yes, but how do you mix the styles well. I think it'll just be a matter of trial-and-error, as Big Mac said in different context. |
