Is Red Mage Japanese?

It would explain his fair-but-not-pale complexion, god-like intelligence, and obvious fetish for role playing.

Thoughts?

Ummmm what? That is sort of racey. He is most likely not Japanese BB is the only one that is I think of that is but RM? He is just something else...

DarthZeth 03-12-2004 12:33 AM

i almsot picked "This is not a drill.", but i had to go with "He's Elvis. Even better."

lets face it, if RM wanted to be Elvis, he could manipulate his stats to do it, too.

Yes, the moon DOES glow...

Caska 03-12-2004 01:07 AM

Actually the moon simply reflects light off the sun. It doesn't actually glow.

Red Mage is not Japanese.

Reasoning: Red Mage is cool. Japanese people are not. As sources I cite: Dance Dance Revolution, anime, pokemon and epileptic seizures (Note: Japanese people USED to be cool. Red Mage might well be a pre-WWII Jap)

Thus, Red Mage must be a dwarf. Because dwarves are cool. Way cooler than elves too.

This is not a drill.

Outbounder 03-12-2004 01:54 AM

But if Red Mage was a dwarf he wouldn't have let BM and Thief go on their little killing spree across the dwarf kingdom.

Daer-San 03-12-2004 02:05 AM

He has long white hair and wields sword so he must be young Sephiroth, right?

synkr0nized 03-12-2004 02:35 AM

I wasn't aware that Japanese people cared about role playing games, or whatever you kids call them, and had to all be smart. Nor was I aware Red Mage was intelligent.

Lycanthrope 03-12-2004 02:36 AM

I find it sad that so far the Moon is winning. Not that I didn't vote for it... it seemed like the best solution, since there wasn't a "What the hell are you talking about!" option. "No" didn't suffice.
