Where do i get avatars?
 

If anyone knows where to get avatars please tell me.

Perhaps someone should sticky this, seeing as this pops up at least once a month....


Anyway, you find a picture that you like, take it into an inage editing program, such as Paint or Photoshop, then resize it until it's 100X100 pixels.

Anyplace that has pictures. If you're looking for something spific, use Google Image Search.

Yes. Google is good. Or you can just search for "avatar" on any search engine and explore the many, many sites that will come up.

Or just get a picture and resize it. I got a picutre of a Gopher that pretty good, or if you goto www.littlefighter.com you get a really cool game to download. Then search through your hard drive for the file, and there should be a "sprites" folder. Just get one of the picutres, resize it, and cool picture! My guy up here is basicly the last boss, but Mr. Viewtiful made it into one of those cool cards.

make your own. Sheesh lazy people

I actually just pulled mine right from a site I really like. Twelve points if you guess which one!

Just check the properties for a small, decent pic and you're good to go. Or do it the not lazy way and make your own, I suppose.

Really? I just got mine off the avatar tree...

I did make my own. Sort of. I took a screen shot from a ROM, resized it, and inverted the colors. Does that count?
