Bleach Discussion 3

I will re-ask if you want them to litterally announce their ranking, much like the espada in actual bleach

I fought a 1 on 1 fight and did all the damage, so, again. =P

So you are faulting him for using teamwork and thus leaving all (except obviously a certain quincy) in decent shape?

well, you know, if they -are- Espada (i think that was Aizen's invetion...) then yeah... but if they are somethign else, it could be confusing... but some sort of Hierarchy could be usefull...

Actually... yeah... at least that's the vibe im getting now...

Doesn't really matter to me. Its basically just a cultural thing in the series anyway.

Aerozord 11-04-2007 11:26 PM

well I think the term "espada" was hollow in origin, especially since there were "former espada" that were apparently made before Aizen started fiddling with them. I'm not sure if he got the strongest existing menos and then merely started replacing them as stonger ones came or if he assumed command of an existing group

Mesden 11-04-2007 11:33 PM

Yes, that's exactly what I'm faulting him for. He parades how great of shape he's in when he has hardly done a thing, and lambastes the group for being all anti-teamwork when my character is, and still is, the only person to actually attempt to encourage teamwork.

Bells 11-04-2007 11:40 PM

aaaah!! Then that's the conflict right there...

You see, she encourages Teamwork (and she really does, that cant be denied) but he, by simply stepping in, made teamwork "work". Even if not perfectly... He didnt lash at everyone (Teal Mage's Character did nothing but good) , but he couldnt go "One by one" also... so he just lashed around...

Take Arthuro's as an "War veteran", when he says stuff like that, and it will be easier to take the more "anal" stuff he says every now and then... afterall, he saw that the greater damage the Team took was caused by the team itself (with inner fights and lack of support), he steped in, and things worked... in his mind right now, he belives that he will have to "babysit" most of the team if things get worst... so he walked away...

Good point. Though you put it on the wrong thread. Gonna alter it because for some reason I thought he was unconcious since 1) Others implied it was so, and 2) People are flat out taunting him and he hasn't spit blood in their faces yet.

Also, taking him as a War Veteran is hardly going to work in a lot of cases. Actually, considering his background (He is a Ryoka shinigami...) and how he just stepped in finally in a fight where the majority swarmed an opponent, he's more likely to be viewed as an irritable coward.

That still doesn't change the fact that my character is yet the only one to encourage teamwork.

You did exactly what my character did, and went up to face that arrancar one on one. You've shown no semblance of encouraging teamwork, whereas my character was trying to display why it would be needed -- she's arguably the most powerful person there, and the first fight nearly took her out.

Your guy just decided to go one on one for the sake of going one on one.

Red Mage Black 11-04-2007 11:47 PM

I swear I was posting in the right thread. I forgot we moved to a discussion 3.

Yeah, i'would have to say you're dead center right on that... the reason, however, is like i said earlier, the alternative to go one-on-one is teamwork, and he thought that up so far, if he choosed teamwork, he would end up Babysiting most of the team (Not everyone, mind you)...

I guess you can say that's a lack of trust there (At least on the battlefield), but also, he profiles like a loner most of the time
