Seriously that walls like 6 feet thick max or maybe 20 feet if Aero wants to be an ass. Anyone who can flash step should be able to make at least 15 feet in one flash step. It should also be almost effortless up to two times. At least I've never seen a single person get even winded from a flash step or 7. Heck Yoruichi did something like several hundred of them in soul society in a row carrying Ichigo and was little more than tired. This is as simple as just clumping up waiting for a hole and taking one flash step through before anyone can react.
