Maybe if BM's new form is in truth an incarnation and not really BM then the contract is void.

BM signed it if this new creature is no longer considered BM but some one new, lets call him Dark Sorcerer, then he is not affected by what BM's contracts since he isn't really BM anymore

Bm would only be affected bey thiefs contract if bm chose to be affected by it.

Yeah, Thief's probably too dejected about losing BM's contract status to realize that with BM re-lived, he (Thief) can screw BM over again. I hope this is the case. I wanna see BM unrestricted. Burn France to the Ground, BM!!!
