Um...are there supposed to be more than one story (or twenty) going on at once, ala Bridge of San Luis Rey? 'Cause that one sucked even worse than the other attempting-to-be-Brian-Clevinger-esque comics out there. Gotta give him points for trying, though. At least it had a...punch line. Actually, it was more like a "shrug" line.

I really wasn't aiming to offend anyone. I just didn't find it funny. I never lashed out at anyone. What about the name of the thread? It points to criticism. Apparently, Vidihawk wasn't amused by it either.

And calling me a "prick, asshole, and worthless piece of shit" won't phase me much. Although this is the first time I've ever been called any of those.

Sure I care what people think, but apparently you couldn't give less of a damn. Shut my face once in a while? I never say anything when I don't think it's appropriate. I just thought it was in context to criticise the thing. No one here seems to think otherwise anyway.

I was like you once. When something pissed me off to the point of a heart attack, I tended to lash out uncontrollably and without thinking (Michael Moore anyone? :D ) But, I got passed that. It humbles me that there are still people out there lower than me.

Alright, I think I can reply to this now.

If you read back as many as three strips, it can make sense. Granted, I did not link to the archives page and there is an ongoing plot in the comic strip, so occasionally a strip will make little sense, when taken out of context.

I am not attempting to be Brian Clevinger. I am inspired by his creativity to attempt a similar work. If that is "attempting-to-be-Brian-Clevinger-esque" then noone should ever make a sprite comic again because there was a sprite comic artist who did a damned good job. I guess Scott Adams is trying to be Charles Schultz?? I am trying to do something SIMILAR. Not the exact same damned thing.

So, thank you for your criticism, you have shaken me slightly, but I will not stop writing the strip. BTW, the thread line was an attempt to make fun of myself, but that does not mean I want unconstructive bashing at my expense. I was hoping for constructive feedback. Please keep that in mind. I will not jump down your throat for advice, but I will defend myself from the rudeness.

Also, Magic Ninja may need a hug, but he still deserves people replying to the meat of his comments rather than the form.
