Murder Murder Everywhere Idea/Sign-ups.

Attention: This game was invented by ArlanKels and I give ArlanKels full credit. And love. The following rules were written by ArlanKels (you notice how I keep using ArlanKels's name? It's 'cause I don't know ArlanKels's gender) and have been copied here.

Introduction:

Murder Murder Everywhere is a Slasher movie representation in simplistic gaming format. It takes the basics of a slasher movie and in turn produces the singular result of players dying horribly by stabbing, slashing and brutally ingenious usage of surrounding sharp objects.

How You Play:

There is 1 Badguy, and an indefinite sum of normal players. The Badguy is an unknown, players will simply try to deduce who it is based on what happens.

At certain points the players will be forced to spread out, this is of course in the interest of self preservation and attempting to discover the identity of the Badguy.

Each player will have a "role" that they play. Each of the types of roles has it's advantages and it's disadvantages. Roles are either chosen by the players, or by the GameMaster depending on the GameMasters preference.

By finding out who the Badguy is and successfully killing him(Which is no easy feat even when you know who it is), then the players win. The Badguy wins by killing everyone off.

Roles:

Promiscuous Stranger :: Slutty and proud of it, he/she has the ability to sleep with one other player. By doing this they ensure that they will be attached to that person for the rest of the game. Choosing the Badguy results in an instant death, so self-sacrificing Promiscuous Strangers could actually find out who the Badguy is for the rest of the team. PS can only die after the person they're attached to dies first.

The Rookie :: New to the force, he/she demonstrates a capability to use firearms. If they know who the Badguy is they can kill them upon encountering them in person. The Rookie, however, is known to all, and so the Badguy will go out of their way to eliminate them as fast as they can, as they're the single most lethal force in the game.

The Hero :: There can be only one of these. The Hero can survive up to two encounters with the Badguy, but the third means the end of The Hero.

The Coward :: A master at hiding and running, the Coward can do two things per movement phase. The Coward is completely defenseless against the Badguy on their own, though.

The Jock :: Tough and rough, the Jock can take down the Badguy and unmask him. The Jock, however, tends to die when this action is taken(And so the player must choose to do it).

The Doctor :: Trained in the art of first aid, the doctor can save someones life if they're in the same vicinity as them. Only two doctors can exist per game. Doctors tend to be major targets of the Badguy.

The Ordinary Guy :: The person you root for that never makes it in the end, cannon fodder. No advantages or disadvantages. Able to acquire and use environment weapons.

The Badguy :: The evil villain of the game. This singular(Or more if the players want it that way) entity is able to do two actions per movement phase, can Kill any one player they encounter, and as if that's not bad enough they know the secret pathways of The Mansion of DOOOOOM.

Movement Phases:

Every however many hours the GM decides each phase will take players can choose one action out of a list of actions.
An example:
() The moon is high in the sky and the light entering the mansion is potent, illuminating the darkened dining area. The chandelier overhead sways ever so quietly, noises from outside non-existent. Numerous doorways lead out of the room.
~ Choose ~
1. Search the Bedroom
2. Scour the Kitchen For A Snack
3. Investigate The Porch
4. Stay Put
5. Cry Like A Baby

Then players would choose actions. If someone is a Coward they can choose multiple choices. If players wish to keep their choice secret they can PM the GameMaster if the GM so allows it(This feature must be agreed to by the GM).

The Badguy can use 1 of their 2 movement phase movements to kill one person in the same area(choice) as them.

~ Hints ~
Throughout the Mansion there are all sorts of hints that were left behind by the original deceased(the Game Master). These will point in the general direction of a few of the players, finally resulting in absolute certainity on a single one. A hint can be either a letter in the name of the killer, or information that proves the innocence of another(Such as info pointing out the football career of one of the jocks).

~ Environmental Weaponry ~
Only the civilians and the Badguy can use these. The environmental weaponry are items found throughout the house, such as umbrellas, fencing swords, et cetera. While armed a civilian can not die until disarmed(Which requires an attempt to kill them).

I dunno how many people would be good for this, but I think 13 to start.

1. Doc Ock Rokc
2. Darthmauler64
3. Barrel-Hating Sycophant
4. Moogle
5. Inbred Chocobo
