Where we all are NOW: Pedro, after killing the gods, went to NPF to destroy it once and for all. He'd made himself super powerful by using the Kurosen and Mashirosen in evil, evil ways along with his own creation, the Pedrosen, which gave him godlike powers. Since he didn't specify a specific power, he became the god of "nothing". But instead of becoming a loser who plays DM in a garage with two stuffed dolls for other PC's, he could simply reduce something into nothing like a bad accountant. We was gonna stop him, but REI got in our way, so we pulled out giant robots to kick her ass, and after a kinky bondage attack and a glowing hot spork, Rei realized her ass was grass, and fled to NPF to rejoin her master before she got her Relative emphatic parts handed to her by a Pacifist Masochist Android with blue hair. Due to the robot's time limit and Rei's final parting attack, the robot blew up. The NPF'ers on board managed to teleport away at the last moment, seperating. Two teams have appeared, those who have returned to NPF either by teleportation or by their own means: 3 of the five Arhras (who split into 5 btw) Are in attacking Pedro, Fenris is there, trying to stay alive. One unstipulated band of NPF-ers, including myself. Pedro himself, who has alllied for evil with Shiney. Gaia was destroyed, and there is now only empty space. How this can be when Gaia was just another country/city in the previous-er NPF is beyond me. But eh, I intend to revamp NPF as a Tron-like city whenever I do it, so who cares? Within that empty space is the spaceship the ISS Riyal, which is captained by Admiral Nex-Gen and a flash copy of Rei called Rei-Five, whom has fallen in love with one of the Arhra's for evil lesbian techno/organic hawt stuffs. On the Riyal, Mauve and Flare have united to destroy the ship from the inside, and do so against the ship's full forces. The second band of NPF'ers from the giant robot teleport here, though the ship's deflector array may bounce them away. It's unknown who is in this group yet, but the Pyros from Soldiers of light (referred to as Pyros del Sol) is being used as a eyecandy based trojan horse to let them in on the assumption that Nexgen is, like most Gaians, a man-luster in the closet. In short, POS = Bad, Rei = Annoying, NPF = Screwed, Pyros = Crazy, and Newb = Wha? |
I need to mercilessly beat Nikose for a piece of media he's hosting for me that brings home my next post and will have it up once I receive a link for it. Sorry for the wait. Holidays suck for productivity.
EDIT: Okay, seriously, Nikose needs to get with me about that music link already. |
I've seen him on a couple times; want me to beat him with a sledgehammer?
|
Not necessary. This RP lasted about 4 months longer than I wanted it to and with a new year I decided it was time to just let it go.
EDIT: No wait, I started this in May. Six months longer than it should have gone. |

EDIT: Also Pyros. |
Well, at the very least, this might not be the real end.
I'm not against just putting things "on hold" for now and finishing at a later date. The Majimmier thing really killed the momentum, honestly, as it took control of the robot out of everyone's hands but Pyros. By the time I could actually maneuver Pyros into a position where I could let him win, everyone appeared to have more or less appeared to stop reading. Honestly, this was my fault for stopping what was an immense godmodding on his part, now that I think about it. I honestly thought that it would be quick enough to where it wouldn't be that much of a problem but I was mistaken and I apologize. Anyway, there actually is a lot more story that I wanted to tell here but at the pace we were going it would take at least another two to three months to finish, and I'd just exhausted every method of poking at the RP to make it move that I had in my arsenal while unfortunately losing interest myself. |
What? I had asked frequently for input, sat on my hands for days waiting for someone else to do something, anything, and the only people who did anything were Newb, Mauve, and Mime! Half of everyone else seemed to quit when the robot first came together, and everyone else either became part of the dragon (which then fell apart with only 2 people, one of which has not posted again) and after I waited for a week or so without so much as anyone doing anything whatsoever, I did one thing to just move things along, a functioning robot.
Then I waited again, and did not post, and no one said anything. No one raised an objection. No one did anything! For days! If you were going to slap me down for godmodding, you should have done it then! I thought the entire friggin thing was dead, until the POS VS. Mesden Show began a week later, Then I posted again when I asked again for input, made an opening for everyone else to do something, and found that only Mauve and Newb were still interested. Arhra was doing her own stuff with KP, Mesden lost interest again, and even Fenris was considering quitting. I admit the giant robot plan was a bad idea, and that's why I even started moving to scrap the giant robot altogether quickly, which I thought you'd agreed with when you ended that fight quickly. But alright then. If you're willing to pile on the blame a bloody month after the fact, then that's fine with me. I hereby quit NPF Avatars for the rest of it's bloody, poorly thought out existence. |
Hey Pyros, if I end up running NPF Babies, you wanna join?
|
Well, Pyros, that's why it was my fault because I didn't really think about it until long after the fact. You didn't do anything wrong other than have an idea. I failed to think about how that idea would impact everyone else involved. Bad GMing. I'm sorry if I made it seem like you was putting the blame on you.
Frankly, I put too much thought into trying to craft the story without concentrating on the mechanics of actually telling that story in an interactive way. |
