Some people can't take a joke

I'd just like to say that Steelers fans ruin EVERYTHING. Before you take a look at this video I want to point out that this type of thing has been going on at my gate for around seven years with no complaints and a lot of fun had by all.

http://wcbstv.com/local/jets.giants.....2.592439.html

A couple things I would like to clarify that they conveniently left out of the story:
-None of these women have ever been forced into revealing themselves. Sure, we chant...a lot (the chants are pretty damn funny too)...but it never gets physical and they can just, I don't know, walk away? The police should be a lot more concerned with the fights that break out between opposing fans.
-Immediately after flashing the crowd, the women are usually escorted out of the building by guards.
-There are four gates. There are countless other places to stand and drink beer than hanging over the railing of Gate D surrounded by drunk football fans.
-It's all in good fun. People boo if the women walk away without showing anything, but nothing lasts beyond the alcohol buzz.

I don't know, maybe a Steelers fan was just pissed that we upset them.

Sincerely, I don't see any difference between this and Mardi Gras. I suppose that a wife being fondled by a bunch of middle-aged men and teenage frat boys is creepy, but, from what I saw in the video, they were willing to expose themselves that way.

Not that I approve of the event, but really there is not much ground to make a fuzz about this.

Well, the same thing probably happens when women walk past construction sites, though I guess beer isn't involved. It's really just people being rude and pigs. Which isn't really anything new. If the Jets wants to clean up their stadium maybe they should have security throw out people who hang out in stairwells or something. Like put up a no loitering sign. Or something. The tickets cost enough, you think people'd like to sit in a seat.

Quit picking on Steelers fans, I assure you they can drunkenly heckle attractive women for all they're worth, dammit! Iron City beer in one hand, foam finger on the other, pelvic thrusting in a woman's general direction while going "Whoa-oh! My babe detector is going wild! A jillion megavolts of hotness is near!"...it's a real SKILL, man.

P-Sleazy 11-21-2007 12:07 AM

Heh, why sit in the seat when you came to support your team? At all my college games, we've only sat down during the half time show. Otherwise, we're standing, jumping screaming, doing all the cheers. Then Vanderbilt happened. We ain't happy fans since then. I got to USC, in South Carolina, the good USC.

Wait so let me get this straight.... drunken male fans.... harass a woman and act like douches toward her.... excuse me while shit my pants in shock and disgust. Seriously, how could the woman not see this coming? Yeah it's a pretty bad experience to go through, but here's a shocker: intoxication causes people to lose control of their mental and moral faculties! (GASP!) I guess the only thing that I would find wrong with this is that the security guard didn't even try to help her out, but she could have just as easily flipped them off and left....

Hey.

Don't judge us all because of one potential bitch/whore/enlightened young woman/morally confident lady/harassment victim/whatever.

Also, come back when the Jets manage to get four more Superbowl wins. :P

I was just making a joke. You know how I feel about generalizations. >_<

And Synk, I can't even see a wild card appearance in our near future. And by near future I mean the life cycle of the sun.

Maybe they should just ban alcohol at public functions. Because goodness knows if half those retards weren't drunk they wouldn't be acting like that.

Half the reason people go is because there's beer. XD

Seriously, though, it makes a lot of money. They're not likely to just dump it out the window any more than Microsoft is likely to make Explorer an optional program.

Edit: Wow. How much of a geek does it actually make me to compare sports to computers? :sweatdrop
