A bit depressed.
 

I don't know where this goes...

I've been feeling a little unaccepted, like people don't really know me for who I really am, they're seeing what they want to see, and not the real me.

This is kinda getting to me on quite a few levels... I don't know exactly what to do about it, but it would help if I knew who cared about me here.

I know it's kind of a selfish thing to ask for, but I'd like to know what you guys think of me.

Also, I know this isn't some self-help group or anything, and I'm not asking for that. I'm really well-balanced relative to some people I know. I'd never think of hurting myself in any way. I love myself, but sometimes that's not enough.

What do you think?

As far as I know you, you seem like a pretty cool person. Hell, I might even say downright evil, but in a Trifecta of Sin kind of way.

I enjoy reading your posts and look forward to the fun bits you bring with you. What can I really know about you though? As far as knowing you for who you are, on here at least, you choose the manner in which you represent yourself, you are who you are without having to worry about what we think of you, even if I happen to think you're pretty darn awesome.

Not that I'm anybody other than another random avatar or whatnot, but I will say you seem as interesting as the next person 'round here and seem nice enough to and whatnot. I mean that in a good sense, y'know, most people being rather interesting in their own sense here on npf. Certainly worthwhile enough getting to know you rather than just seeing, well, whatever is frustrating you that people see.

As I'm just a kinda random and hell, we've never talked so I'm going purely offa rough impressions from your posts, I guess what I really wanted to say was that I can sympathise. On the internet I tend to find these things are a bit easier... people tend to get to see you for yourself as that's all that's on offer to them. It's kinda refreshing compared to a 'who people guess you are based on appearance/age/general mannerisms'.

For what it's worth, and again not much from a lurker, I never respond to these things anyway unless I feel pretty certain the person's sincere and not just tryin' to inflate their ego, so I guess I respect you to that extent to.

*tilts head* That's odd. To me, you seemed to be one of those people who just showed up and instantly fit in around here. Granted, I don't pay nearly as much attention to the boards as I used to, but this thread blind sided me. XP

Realistically, we can only know you from your posts, which you have an extremely large amount of control over. If you don't think how we're perceiving you matches the real thing, the answer probably lies somewhere in your posting style. Unless you meant elsewhere >.>

Overall you've struck me as a very likable person. I'm not sure what else you're wanting...or if you're even looking in the right place.

Heh, I don't really feel like I don't fit in here, but I wanted to know how well I did fit in here and hopefully use the strength from that to know that there's at least one place/series of people who care about me.

Honestly, I don't know if anyone really fits in here. I mean, have you seen some of these people? I'd say it's a safe bet that you're at least above par, especially when put in comparison to like Fenris or somebody.

You seem to be quite in par with the rest of the forums. Well-adjusted member of the community to me.
(Though I'm crazy so I wouldn't trust me).

I always thought you were pretty awesome, for what it's worth mentioning. And there are some pretty freakin' kickass people here, so you're up against some stiff competition =P .

I've always thought of you as one of those funny people that hang around the forums. I also got a bit of a "thinker" vibe from what I've seen you do in the Forum Games section.

Also, everyone feels unaccepted some times. I've been here for almost 4 years and I still feel that way. I hope this helps you a bit.

From what I know of you, you're an awesome person. I'd really like to try and get to know you better, sometime. I never really say anything on MSN unless I have something to say, though.

Long story short: I like you and can't think of a reason why I shouldn't like you.
