Well, if there's not going to be PvP in the tournament, I no longer see a problem in saying that IHMN's character was the one I figured could beat Darilk relatively easily. Why? Becuase Darilk wouldn't know he was a half-demon, and would try to over-power him. This would lead to Darilk giving Tasuh (think that was his name) an early advantage, that he could easily press and get a win out of. Other than that I figure it would be up in the air between him and the dragoons and the paladin... and possibly the monk (depending on how much we're allowing monks to do here... like puching plate mail and not breaking their hands, for instance).

1) I really don't see Spirit's guy hiring a guard... His bio "I am badass Oracle out for REVENGE!!!!!!!"... but I are scared of being attacked so I hire guard....

3) I really don't see Ecurt's guy getting intrest from my guy's (Who is Tasuh, Demon in Al-Bhed) winnings, unless he decided to agree so he could kill the guy later and take back his money along with whatever Ecurt's guy was carrying.

4) As I was reading I was actually hoping for some PvP fights... Oh well, now it's just going to be a bunch of random supposably super powerful and cocky NPCs getting beaten by the PCs.

As for spirit's guy hiring a mercenary, maybe he wants someone to help him. Oracles aren't exactly known as amazing assasins, after all.

Well after the tournament we'll all end up ina group together, the alliance thing was Pre-RP...and I think people misinterpreted me awhile back, I said I (meaning Jude) was being escorted by Demon's guy, and the two Dragoons were together...two different groups...Jad, if you really want, I can have a demon lay its egg inside you and then have the baby pop out all Alien-like...

You can find better ones than the sparks just by going to google and typing Purity Test. Some of them are pretty long and have really disturbing questions... like: "Have you ever had sex with an animal" and "Have you ever had sex with a dead animal".

Engineer - Likes tools. Wants money for tools. He and Ripel can work on getting money together. And Ripel likes money.
Dark Knight - Though a Dark Knight, he has a sense of honor and no doubt a reputation of his deeds, wether they are considered good or bad. Ripel may have heard of him, and hired the man, knowing that if he didn't do anything dishonorable he would be safe from the man's wrath. Besides, Dark Knights are bound to be intimidating to most threats.
Geomancer - Acts as a guide. Geomancers no doubt spend a lot of time outside, seeing as that's where their powers would be at their greatest. Therefore it would not be illogical for one to have a great deal of understanding for their surroundings.
Oracle - Tags along, he quests for revenge. Maybe Ripel can find information that he needs?

Bleh...somehow, I think I'll end up with a whole army at my command. Not that I would have a problem with that, but is a group this big going too far Hadoken?

Nice break down. I too can help obtain money from people fighting by making it easier to fight them as an oracle. However my guy just wants Revenge so he'll just use money to maybe upgrade some stuff nothing to major...And possible info yeah thats good too...

I still need a group, and I haven't posted yet... I'm still kind confused on how the groups are going to exactly work, but I can figure it out as we go. (I hate spending hours upon hours on homework... I need to go finish it up, but after that I should be able to pay more attention to the RPs.
