Where did the plus 40 and plus 10 come from?

I think he used some sort of stat builder or something, since Rifle starts at 25% and dodge starts at DEX x2. Drop those odd stat bonuses, and add in your items, and you're good. I may alter the Skills sheet however to show what all your Skills start at, although it will be a nasty mess at this point, so I might not...

Personal skills. Just added them to show they were there, but I'll do it if I have to.

Woah! Lazy has 20 points less than my blind monk did at listening! Umm why? I also would like to know this now. FZ are we going to do a leader? If so could you make sure he has the best POW and INT the last time I played (3 years ago) Our leader was incomptent and got us into more crap then it was worth...(Both OOC and IC...)
