There's gonna be one. I think that this guy is a really neat "superhero," albeit he has no powers, only archery skills. What do you guys think?

I never really figured out the point of Green Arrow myself.
And I don't really know what he would do for an entire movie by himself.

Well... behind the production we have the writer from Batman begins, so it shouldnt be THAT bad

I'd much rather watch this then Fantastic 4: 3: Revenge of The Mole Men: Revenge of The Silver Surfer: Apocalypse Is Here Too.

See, if they had some sweet mega-archery in there, it might turn out like any other comic hero movie: okay as an action flick, but not the greatest movie overall. This looks to me like an attempt to rip off Prison Break with vague, wimpy characters nobody really cares about and a name for use as a plot device. Prison Break is crappy enough without being made into a movie about a superhero whose only power is that he knows how to shoot a bow getting his bow taken away. And getting his goatee shaved off. That's just a slap in the face.

And isn't Green Arrow supposed to be dead, somehow? I happened to see some reference to whoever Black Canary was with getting killed in a plane crash a while ago.

"stripped of his powers?" - what powers did he have?

I just don't really believe this. Maybe it's another DC Animated Universe like Superman - Doomsday.

I could see Green Arrow being a cool movie. Basically it's just some super-archer who decides to crime fight. And, in the process, gets a girl or something.

Besides - I can't wait to see the flame retardant arrow and the boxing glove arrow.

Meh, never been big on Green Arrow.

Still, this movie might have a little potential, especially if they use the DCAU Green Lantern for a template. He was one of my favorite characters in the show, despite him being below radar on my normal comic escapades.

...so, we're getting the Green ARROW movie.

Now where's my goddamn Green LANTERN movie I've been waiting years for?
