If you think about it, if you got online at least once a day, to not be "addicted" you would have to be on for less than an hour and a half each day. Not that much time.

Television is a perfectly good example of a 'bad addiction.' (Drugs notwithstanding). The average family watches at least 8 hours of tv a day (As a combined family, mind you. All the individual totals added up). And most of that is just brainless non-information.

At least with the internet there is a certain level of interpersonal interactivity.

The internet has given me a little bit of knowledge about everything. Just enough to make other people look stupid. Which is how I like it... so the internet can't be that bad.

Also... TV isn't bad either, so long as you're just watching Cartoon Network.

The internet has a very well deserved motto, due to an incredible service it has provided for years:

The Internet. Giving any old idiot a voice since 19XX.

Goes to show how negative people can be towards eachother sometimes.

That is the easiest way to describe the internet in one sentance, Demon...

And semi-back on topic, does anyone have any last minute questions about the RP before it starts monday, since I may not be able to get on during the weekend?

Yes. Where is it set and how hard do you want Gabriel to work to get there? He's a Canadian, living in a frontier town just above where Seattle is today.

Your going to have to work... It starts in Boston. Everyone starts off having recieved a letter from an old friend who is dying in a hospital in Boston, and all of you are heading there as his final request.

We'll be role playing from third person view as usual, right? Although first person might involve a li'l more insanity. And how do we know when something happens like we lose insanity points or something? Do we post our character stats at the beginning of each mission and at the end? I think that would be a pretty good idea, myself.
