Jad, our characters aren't in the city. Tasuh and Arianna were far outside of the city, and I assumed that 'went riding blindly for minutes' meant JMan's guy was far out of the city as well.

But I thought you guys said you were at a bar or something. Probably my mistake. Well, I got out there somehow, probably took a wrong turn?
