Random: a long time ago I was wondering why the name "Dalamar" sounded so familiar, and I just remembered, wasn't it the name of IHMN's character in Shifting Sands?

I was thinking of dividing up the tourney into seperate events so we all don't hafta fight. Like an Archery event (for Lazy's guy) a pair fight (for the two dragoons, WHO ARE NOT WITH DEMON AND ME), a chocobo race (for Demon) a group fight (for Ripel's squad) and on and on...

Anybody object?

The various events sounds good to me. Somehow I have a feeling that Darilk is going to be pulling Ripel's squad along mostly by himself, however. None of the others, except Mr. V's guy, seem like they can actually fight. I don't have a problem with that, though. Give me a chance to be all like, "Yah, my dark knight is such a badass."

I guess Tasuh will be in the 1v1 part of the tournament.

And will they allow half-demons in? I assumed half-demons were a hunted and killed race, and not accepted anywhere except by other half demons. Then JMan has his guy be a guide and running around the town freely, and not being attacked for being part demon.

I won't be around for a few days, so Arianna is going to just be watching the tournements (since it would stink if you had to fight me, then I was gone for awhile. ^^;; ) Just don't forget that I still exist even though I'm not around. (it's spring break and I'll be on the forums less than I am when I'm in school. ^^;

Also... those vials of blue liquid... somehow I get the feeling that they're demon blood.

Well, my idea involving "beef stew" is a larger and slightly different version of a Chile Dog. If you don't know what that is, then you won't understand.

Jad, our characters aren't in the city. Tasuh and Arianna were far outside of the city, and I assumed that 'went riding blindly for minutes' meant JMan's guy was far out of the city as well.

I'm secure in my manhood enough to admit that IHMN doesn't even remotely give me 'stock.'

I'm also an accomplished writer. I've seen my share of crappy teen poetry to know how to emulate it. Copy, rather. Just take a creative writing course (if your school or college offers it) and you'll see enough bad teen angst poetry to know how to copy/emulate it too.

edit - and since most bad angst poetry is written by girls, it almost always has something to do with how dreamy their boyfriend/secret crush is.

I took one in highschool, and I'm not in college. However, I never read anyone else's poetry. When I was suppose to, I arbitrarily wrote a random comment "Rhythm and meter" or some such, and passed it back.

Well, I would have just had my guy avoid the chocobo he could so clearly see, but JMan likes to decide if his character does actions to other people, so I had to go with it.

Edit - And nothing is wrong with his stock. Based on any anime I have seen, demons (Including half-demons) cannot have stock problems.

How big are the horns, I would think that even if they were covered, he would appear to have a strange lump in his head, since bandanas don't hide that much.
