Apparently, I can time travel.
 

So, on my birthday, (Saturday, January 5) I go to deposit some of my birthday money. Yesterday, I updated my bank book, and it lists the deposit as Monday, January 7. What the hell? I went 2 days into the future to deposit some money and then went back? Is this an error on the machines part, or is the ATM near my house actually a time portal?

Money deposits don't fully register "officially" until Monday. Except for BMO and TD Canada, as I recall. There may be others, but RBC doesn't acknowledge money deposits/transfers till the first working day.

Then it lists it as that day instead of the day I actually did it? I definitely didnt update my book yesterday.

Kinda disappointed its not a portal into the future though...

Yep. I hate it when they do that. Especially since I pretty much always take care of my bank business on the weekends. But yeah, it's what Nik said.
