I do know who Mike and Mad Dog are, but rarely listen due to my odd hours and lack of the AM signal that carries them up here.

It'll be hard watching the Super Bowl this year.

I want both of these teams to lose. I don't really like either. So if I watch the game, I'm guaranteed the chance to watch of one of the teams I dislike lose the Super Bowl.

But then...one of them get to win.

So conflicted.

Just because the Patriots cheated in the Jets game (recording playcalling and such) I hope Giants win. Plus I have a instinctive dislike of anything perfect.

Which is something which all the teams do, the only difference is the bringing in of a video recorder. Something other teams have done as well.

The Jets caught the Patriots only because the coach of the Jets used to work with the Patriots head coach.

Thing is, from my point of view, that whole scandal is the reason for the Patriots perfect season. After that, they had to prove to everyone else that it wasn't the cheating that had got them there.

Besides, lets just say you can call each others plays 100%. You still have to match your own side up against that. Plus, when has any team followed plays 100%? These people have brains, they know when to dodge & weave.

To me, it made it look like they just got sneakier with the cheating.

Since none of the teams that I like made it to the Super Bowl, I can't say that I'll bother watching it. Besides, I'll be working at the store.

I will say that if the Patriots do win, I'll be annoyed. Tom Brady irritates me.

Catching signals is one thing, employing lip readers and video taping other coach's calls is something else entirely. Hell, the NFL even destroyed the evidence and is getting called for it by Congress.

Either way, it wouldn't have mattered much if they didn't cheat, what with the Jets sucking and all. I'm a Jets fan and didn't care much at all about the whole "spygate" controversy. Spy on us all you want, all you'll see (or record) are "draw play, draw play, screen pass, punt, draw play..."

Now, I am not a major football fan, nor do I know all the intricacies, but goddamn that was a good game. Eli Manning was amazing.

NYG deserved that.
