I vaguely recall a formal ban against Calvinball in the past, for reasons unknown to me. I wasn't really interested in it at that point, so...

Is that still in effect? I rather wanted to play Calvinball.

It's mostly just a spam game that runs completely out of control. Not that it wouldn't be fun occasionally, though.

In my experience, its like a moderately more random rp with comedy and a set objective.

As far as up-front restrictions go I think that's about the only one, past that just let common sense be your guide. Don't approve more games than anybody can keep track of, that sort of thing. No specific restrictions on subject matter. Except for Calvinball, cause I'm pretty sure basically the entire admin staff still hates Calvinball.

Not here, no. There's some crazy off shoot forum that who don't like our rules for things like 'common decency' and 'not being retarded' went and created for crap like Calvinball, though.
