Just do it yourself. ANd there's already a topic for this kinda thing. (And most of those sprites are ooooooogley.)

I can't tell you HOW to make them. Do it yourslef. It'll be good practise, or otherwise you'll be stuck in n00b lane.

Honestly, what you COULD do is crop and rotate with a little editing. If you just go about copying them it will look horrible. You need to take that image and just move stuff with a little toutching up.
Also, get a sitting sprite of anything else. Use that like a template. |

Why are you saving them as hrorible gifs with dots all over them? Not a good idea. Never a good idea.

dots? their bmps wich i pasted on a gif so theyd be smaller
