Sonic's English voice actor is unspeakable. Seriously, the would would be much better off if he couldn't speak.

Seriously, you know what isn't located in the Lylat System? Italy or Brooklyn.

Clearly, it's more like Canada in the Lylat System, since I could imagine him saying eh? at the end of every sentence.

I blame space travel. It's a marvel they still look anything like their former selves.

Watching that voice clip video reminded me of Star Ocean: The Second Story.

I don't know why they insist upon calling him "Pokemon Trainer" when they are doing everything within their power to make him Ash.

Just call him Ash and get it over with. I know I will.

"Are you playing Pokemon Trainer?"
"No, I'm playing Ash."

Hey they've had four separate voice actors for Dante in the entire Devil May Cry series. I've gotten used to it.

And did any of those four actors do Dante with a ridiculous fake accent not present in any of the other games?

Falco's Brawl accent is identical to his SF:Assault accent.

I dunno about Command, I never played it, but then we have 3 Falco actors at least:

SF64,
SSBM,
Assault/SSBB.

...also I don't remember what he sounded like in Adventures, but really, who cares about that game?

Not necessarily. Ash uses mainly Pikachu, which obviously is not among the PT's team. Pokémon Trainer is based on Red from Red/Blue and Gold/Silver, who in turn was based on Red from the Pokémon Special manga (aka best pokémon trainer ever). However, it's obvious NoA wanted to cater to the anime's fanbase when including Ash's voice in the game.

So, in other words: Red (manga) > Red (video games) >>>>>>>> Ash Shitchum (worst pokémon trainer ever WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH HIM WHY DOES HE LET ALL HIS BEST POKÉMON FREE AS IF HE CAPTURED ANY OTHERS FUCK)

Just to note, though:

Team Rocket >>>>>>>>> All.

Prepare for trouble, bitches.

Donomni 03-02-2008 02:21 PM

Oh, I'm supposed to say something now?

Ok, then...

Um...

Line?

No, wait- got it.

Well, I guess it's nice they gave a nod to the dude... too bad I grew up around the old voice actor. :gonk:
