Okay, aside form Nero pissin me off somethin fierce, I love the game. I wanna wait till I give Dante a run before I make full judgement though.

This game is epic as HELL. I loved the first cutscene where Nero dropkicks Dante in the face. Heheh. The opening cutscene, before you press start game or whatever, feels like a movie. Its really dramatic and badass. I'm on level 6 or 7. I'm glad to see The yamato and stuff! Its great, and when you shoot in DT mode, shadow blades impale the enemies!

I don't know HOW Capcom manages to make this series more epic with every game, but they do.

I'm getting a Snake / Raiden vibe out of this Dante / Nero business...

Really? His Devil Bringer Arm kicks so much ass that I just feel like once I switch back to Dante, then I'm really gonna miss playing as Nero.

So, who else started on Devil Hunter difficulty?

Nero's growin on me, as both a character and a combatant. Dante is freakin kick ass though, his 5th style is awesome, and Gilgamesh and Lucifer are pure badass.Im almost done the game now, 2-3 more levels.

Isn't that the default difficulty or is it Hard mode? Also, is it like mind numbingly hard like DMC3 or is it at least manageable?

Well, Devil Hunter's basically Normal, while Human is easy. They basically just gave you an option when you start.

Also, I'm up to mission 6 and I'm fuckin' lovin' it so far.I just wish I didn't have to force myself to stop playing so I could do homework... I wanna beat it, god dammit!

Also, as for my opinions on Nero, I actually like him a lot for being such a wise ass. He's a little more hot-headed than Dante (who is all kinds of awesome from what little I've seen of him), but he's at least not just some punk with a magic arm.

...Is it just me, or does Nero totally have the power of the God Hand?

...That said, this game rocks. I'm on my second run through, on level 6 or 7, bumped the difficulty up from Devil Hunter to Son of Sparda mode. And damn, what a jump!

Different enemy placement, MUCH higher enemy aggression, attacks the enemies never used before... It's like a whole new experience. I love this game.

Also: the soundtrack is on the Bonus Content disc. If you put it in your 360, when the disc starts up just backtrack to your dashboard, and play it like an audio CD.

The 5 gig install shortens load times to about 1.5 - 2 seconds. The 360's load times are at about 6-7 seconds. Not 3 minutes. I don't know where you heard that, but it plain ain't true. 6-7 seconds might be on the short side (I never noticed), but it damn sure ain't no 3 minutes.

...And man, that "hidden credits ending" was AMAZING!

I've up to about mission 13 and recently got Dante. Almost every cutscene so far has matched to and even topped DMC 3's. Nero's Buster moves on bosses all look sweet especially when powered up with his DT.
