Like, fantastic leaps and super speed kinda thing. Nothing that a normal human couldn't do in extraordinary stress conditions, but almost on command.

On the subject of bags of holding, they do exist. They're not especially common as you can imagine, particularly since they're a tri-disciplinary area.

As a little aside, the First Age actually had a form of mana battery called a Cosmos Seed. It essentially was a tiny pocket dimension that possessed excellent geomancy and could be tapped for the energy it generated. The more complex ones could actually be entered.

I'm tempted to have one end up in player hands.
