#959: "And to yourselves."
At this point, if Thief could look into Hell, he might be a bit less confident about the whole "threaten-the-enemy-with-death" thing.

It's easy for him to bargain with it, because he doesn't believe in it. Why should he have any worries about something he doesn't believe in. And since he doesn't believe in it, he can believe whatever he wants about it. Making it so much easier to make it do what he wants when he wants it to.

Thief has looked into hell, even if it was just an illusion.

I bet first frame of the next comic will be Muffin breathing fire.
(I actually said that so it won't happen[I actually said that to make it happen{I actually said that so it won't happen<I actually said that to make it happen|...|>}]) :D |
Sorry for not starting the thread, guys. I passed out around 11:30 last night. Dur.

Also I expect within the next few episodes I sense some major serious business starting to brew. I could also be horribly horribly wrong. |
Thief makes a convincing argument. They have yet to lose to a boss. In fact the only enemy they ever ran into that actually wiped them out was that forest giant. And Sarah was there as a visiting party member (totally legal in FF3), to save their butts.
Really, Thief can bank on their success, based on history. Muffin has no guarantees. He's cutting her a pretty good deal. |
Muffin, please devour Thief. He's an arrogant, flimsy elf (like all of them) and has it coming so bad. Where the hell is Berserker? I'm in need of witnessing some further dwarfy carnage.

When it comes to stealing; nothing escapes Theif's sights nothing!

Love it. This is like a standoff in a Tarantino film.
I wonder if Thief can steal Muffin's life, or throw her to Andromeda. |
