Hell yeah! *high fives*

Also, damn you Ecurt :( *shakes fist*

Telephalsion 03-08-2008 03:57 PM

Now... I wonder who deserves porn...

Arhra 03-08-2008 06:03 PM

Sorry, but shouldn't Banarama still be dead?

Eat Your Own Chocolates specifies the energy gain is at end of turn.

I'm pretty sure this has meant in Rumble that if you die from damage before the gain, it doesn't save you.

Uh, so does Telephasion have the Tuxedo? What protected him from Twiddy?

bananarama 03-08-2008 06:59 PM

Actually I asked SK a rather similar question and she said I'd gain back the energy anyway. So I guess all it comes down to is the GM's interpretation of the rules...

Within a giant field of spring flowers
bananarama waits for his heart's crush
Suddenly there begins a dark shower
But he stays there for his love in the brush

Lightning strikes loudly in the horizon
Flames can be seen despite the heavy rain
Although the thick smoke hurts his lungs a ton
He stays hidden for her despite the pain

Suddenly banana sees the person
This new sight gives his heart a major lift
But alas she's a hallucination
And he runs straight off a fifty foot cliff

He hits the ground with a humongous POW!
And he must write someone a sonnet, NOW!

Arhra, I decided that you still gain the energy at the end of the round no matter what. It's my interpretation and I got IC's opinion and he said he would have done the same thing.

Arhra 03-09-2008 07:45 AM

Thanks, just wanted to be sure.

Hmm, next turn is looking like it will be very pain filled.

Demetrius 03-09-2008 04:41 PM

What is this sonnet garbage?

Silly Kitty 03-09-2008 07:27 PM

"Valentine's Day Poetry"

Once a turn, you may write a sonnet to one of the other players in the thread. Following the traditional format, you must somehow incorporate love in there, as well as some aspect about the target member, and cannot have been previously used in the game.

That target then must write another love sonnet to someone else, who must also write another love sonnet. This chain continues until a target is unable to write a sonnet by the end of the turn, at which point that person receives X damage.

X = Number of Sonnets included in this chain * 10

Demetrius 03-09-2008 07:50 PM

Ah, I must've missed the one aimed at me. Oh well.

Any chance you could throw up a link to the thread with the powers in it in the first post for convenience sake?
