After Having Sucess with a previous Super Smash Bros Melee Tournament I hosted a few months ago at Hyperactive.com in Australia I've decided to take the Tournament Netwide Starting here on the 8-bit theater Fourms

Don't worry I'm a Profesional

heres how it works

Post or Private Message me who you want to play as and you may also request weather or not you want who your playing as displayed or not until the tournament begin's

(Stage will be single random for each round each character is a CPU player with Level 9 difficulty)

The stage will change each round,

No Items will be selected,

It will be 3 stock match with 8 minute time limit,

How to apply:
To apply fill in your name, the Name you want to be known as during the Tournament (opional) which character you want (you cannot choose random) and what colour you want to be (opional)

Example:

Name: Someguy (guy)
Character: Mario (Yellow/Purple)

Applications close at 5pm Australian Eastern standard time on the 1st of January 2004 (About 12:01 am 1/1/2004 Eastern US Time)

Battle table for the first round will be up on the 5th on january

A few more things to mention:

Choosing color is optional and more than 1 person can choose the same color

Also can you please try to limit your name to about 12 characters please

I kinda wish we could actually have a SSBM tourney for real. Oh well. Maybe if there's ever an 8BT convention.
