OOC: Due to a random freak of nature, several nerves inside of David's body suddenly burst into action, causing the corspe to reach up and grab Henry.

Frankie nodded and grabbed David's shoulders and started to move him with Henry's help. "Into the basement... unless you'd rather move him outside."

OOC: No I won't, you have no Heart, and most of no Brain, you can't do anything now. Everyone is free to quote that as they will...

You find the .45 pistol on his body.

OOC: Where you gonna move it , basement or outside...

"Past owners before it seem pretty tame, but it suddenly cut off and went to joint ownership. Every single one of those owners died by either suddenly contracting fatal and usually quick diseases, and all the others died in mysterious accidents that no proof of someone having caused it could be found. In fact, there always seemed to be some sort of damage to the skull, and similar dents found at every single scene. Whatever we're dealing with, it's definetly got outside help. And that help definetly isn't human."

ooc-I could see that, but I want my character to live. No need for him to go temporary insane, grab the gun, and shoot everyone in here, throw away the papers, and shoot the remaining characters, thus ending the RP. Not that that would happen.

"Do I want to die? Nope. Basement it is."

Frankie nodded and led the way to the basement stairs with the body.

(OOC: I figure I'll stop there incase FZ wants to do some rolls or something. Also, once they get it downstairs frankie is gonna search the body, and if there's still a bottle of coke... take it.)

OOC: You have my permission to do both. It's a body, no rolls needed. Drop it in the basement, find your coke, then I'm gonna have the plot jump.

Frankie leads Henry down into the basement and does a search of the body finding, some ruined keys, a bloody pen, a bloody notebook, a pocketbook, and three bottles of coke. He puts everything, including the coke in his coat, figuring he could drink it later when he isn't quite so disgusted after having searched a dead body.

(ooc: I was GOING to have him just start drinking the stuff then in the hopes of making Henry do a sanity check... but I couldn't think of a good reason for Frankie to be that desensitized to corpses.)

OOC: Three bottles of coke, a bloody notebook, bloody pencil/pen, pocket knife, his keys (They are destroyed though), and I forgot the rest of my items. Oh, and the .45 was the gun that would have been ruined by the Lurker, so he found the other gun.

OOC: TIME WARP!

At 5:00 PM, William and Neil arrive with news, the gold box, and an update on the Lurker.

at 6:00 PM, Demon arrives, with Flashlights, balnkets, candles, and matches. These will come in handy in the night to come.

At about 7:00 PM, there is a rumble in the attic above. Someon looks out the window. The sun has set. There is a rumble, followed by an inhuman scream as something cahrges across the attic and flies out the window. You look, but see nothing, and only hear the retreating wail and galloping of the thing taking off towards the forest.

10:00 PM, you are begining the most preliminary requirements for the ceremony. You begin to stoke up a fire, and draw the pentagram. There are six pieces of paper, and it needs to be decided who will be the "Watchers", and who will be the "Chanters". Most likely powerufl warriors should watch, and powerful mages should chant. Some of you hear a distant noise, one that sounds vaguely like human screaming. It ends quickly however, making you question if you heard it at all.

OOC: Goodbye Mr. Hobo...

11:55 PM. There ceremony is about to begin. The first chanters begin to take tehir places, the watchers taking poistions around the room. The fireplace burns with a sickly smell from the powder thrown in it, and the Pentagram has been properly set. The first six Chanters stand outside of the circle, knowing it will be the thing to hold back the beast when it is summoned back. The box is in place, and the ceremony is ready.

OOC: In the discussion, decide who is a chanter and who is a watcher, and I will tell you when to begin the ceremony. I will also give a last character update when the ceremony begins, since this will be probably one of the toughest points in the RP so far...
