I am not in the least bit suprised at this turn of events. We all knew his powers couldn't last. I'm only sorry we didn't get to see BM unleash unholy hellfire upon something.

Vigo the Car-Lich-ian is now the ruler of hell, and all is right with the Earth Orb, which means the elven quest is complete. Wonder how they're going to get roped into going to the exploding mountain of firey death.

Or the Ice Cave. Damn, that place is so freakin hard. Took me at least ten attempts to succesfully complete it.

I don't usually laugh out loud at anything in comics, but it happens again and again with 8-Bit Theater, usually at incredibly stupid things. This time, the word "m'hoiven". It's fun to see words, that you thought no one else in the universe knew existed, in popular mediums. So, I thank you Brian.

Anyway, I think we all knew that Black Mage's powers would be dissipated in a manner such as this, anti-climaticly. I think it was best this way, an epic battle would have been antethema to the comic.

i know BM is supposed to be total evil. but i know somewhere he's at least got some what of a genuine heart.

it's just very small and very... very evil... but in a friendly kinda way =)

why do i get the feeling that if ever nuklearpower.com ever dies off *hopefully in a loong... loooong time away* i'm going to want to know what BM and co are still up to in their 8-bit form.

whaa whaa whaa bitch bitch bitch. im sorry but everytime i read the boards its all i read from you people about the holyest of holy webcomic, oh this was so anti-climatic, oh i totatlly expected this to happen...oh i predicitict that bm would loose his powers....for fucks sake, im sorry but chill out. the comicwas fuckin fantastic like all the rest of them. so just enjoy it for what it is..a fantastic comic with a fantastic story and a kick ass king steve...aww man..so yeah..im sorry for being a flamer and all that, and i mean nothing personal i swear about anyone...just sayin, enjoy it for it..white castle rawks.

Son of a monkey's goat! I knew he'd end up mortal again, but I didn't think it'd happen until #400. And I knew it'd happen in an anti-climatic way, but I didn't think he'd just get shoved right back into his old body. Darn you Brian, brilliant!

You know... in a way, this is good... al be it he has lost 8 senses, astral sight, asteral small, asteral hearing, asteral touch, asteral taste, telepathic consiousness, omnificince, and finally, evil pie. (This is BM, people)

But! Bm now has probobly gained a lot of EXP! From what I have read of several religions, a single minute is over 100 years in other world, Bm was there for what... 8 episodes, not including the passion of the lich, which means a collective of 800 years, enough time to make Hadoken a thing of the past, and make ULTIMA accessable!

Just a thought.
