Uhm, Vampires aren't weak to silver here, just stick with the wooden sword if you wanna stake, metal if you wanna decapitate.

Minor Dizaster 03-28-2004 05:44 PM

Hey FC, can I join or are there too many people?

StormRider 03-28-2004 06:00 PM

Haven't you ever seen Outlaw Star? Her sword isn't even enchanted, and yet she can decapitate people with it. But I'll ditch the silver ammo for the handguns, and change the blade mounted on the bike to steel.

I think Aidan might just be pissed at me for getting the motorcycle idea first.

BMHadoken 03-28-2004 06:08 PM

I believe I was the first to point out the stupidity of the wooden sword...and its not like your gunna be on the bike alot...

StormRider 03-28-2004 06:11 PM

Fine. Steel sword, and a couple wooden stakes in the belt. And I never said I would use the bike a lot. It's just a mode of transportation... with a bunch of deadly weapons in it.

Edit: A silver cross that can transform into a flaming sword of God, stake launcher, and instant-vampire-frying flash grenades? How are these any less unbalancing than a wooden sword that can actually cut things? And last time I checked, Flarecobra was in charge of the rules here.

Scuzi, Signore
But the motorcycle idea was mine before anyone elses :p

SHAZAM, GOMER!

BMHadoken 03-28-2004 06:31 PM

Wow Storm, you don't like to read anything but the profiles huh? Flare vetoed the instant vampire kill (although, I never said they automatically killed...), and the flaming sword only happens when you piss him off more royally than royal. Your turning 'blessing' into magic, making wood = metal, which makes no sense.

IHateMakingNames 03-28-2004 06:34 PM

Let him keep the wooden sword. It just makes it all the easier to break.

StormRider 03-28-2004 06:37 PM

Blessing, magic, there's not a tremendous deal of difference, except that blessing has to be bestowed by a diety. And no, I didn't catch the part where Flare vetoed it.

And I didn't say it can turn into metal, I just said that it can cut like metal, and how is that any more illogical than metal turning to fire? Wood to metal is matter to matter, but metal to fire is matter to energy, and silver isn't exactly the most flammable material.

BMHadoken 03-28-2004 06:43 PM

No, blessing (here) is done by a high priest, a far cry from a diety. And it doesnt turn to fire, it gets surrounded by flames. And why do you defend your choices with inane logic, then attack my choices with actual reason?
