The year is 356 After the war era...

[The ad begins. It shows a glowing city of collosal statuary, massive domes glowing like lighted diamonds, Giant scyscrapers covered in lights and gardens.] Welcome to Metropolis. City of one billion people, the world's largest city. [The scene changes to an idealic scene of well dressed and beautiful people walking in a park lined street.] Here life is good. Here civilization thrives. [More scenes of an idealic city life.] Won't you join us?



"All that is a lie. After the great war the earth lay in ruins. The global corporations, the ones who started the war made their bid for power and divided the globe amonst themselves. The corporate city states that emerged imposed an oppressive regime. Metropolis for a time was an exception.

Built on the ruins of a once great city that now lays forgotten entombed under the current infra structure of the city. Metropolis is run by three corporations, The triumvirate. While on the surface metropolis appears as idealic as the commercials make it appear but only 10% of the population of metropolis still lives in the sun. The rest live in the undercity.

Burried under tons of supports, factories, and amonst the ruins of the old city lives the rest of the population. Forced into a slave like existance. Until recently the triumvirate relied on it's labor cespool in the radioactive ruins, now they are relying more on robotic labor. Gang crime is spikeing, and labor strikes. So the triumvirate has sent the brutal police force to keep order. The undercity is a bomb waiting to go off. I should know. I have forseen it."

The hooded blind mutant wanders down another alley ranting about ones who would be more than mere mutations.

In the last few weeks all hell has broken out in metropolis. The Mcdonald - Phoenix corporation has begun a Coup d'Etat. The first Victim of the Coup was a mutant named Scott Oli. Since then His friends and family have been marked for death by the MCP, for resisting. However the undercity will not go into slavery without a fight

Appearance: A tall robotic frame built for speed and stealth. The arms end in carbide claws. A vulcan gun sticks out of each fore arm. The robot is very lean looking. It's head resembles a coyote's head in shape.

Special ability: He has the ability to merge with technology.
Bio: The rogue is an odd hybrid born of it's two parents. While it literally has it's mother's body. It also has the mind of it's father, including his memories. Not to be mistaken though, he is not Scott, nor is he a true Coyote model assassin droid.
Extra: He's trying to figure this all out.

Can we be robots/cyborgs too?

to an approved degree. I hold the right to line item veto. The story reason against it is that you guys live in the slums, so no full robotics. Robots are very tightly regimented with one exception and he is a very special case. The Cyborgs however are allowed, but they are just people with robot parts grafted on e.g. Barret from ff7

How bout a cyborg with the ability to copy voice, fingerprints, and retina's as long as he scans them? Whoo, and an arm that can hold extra ammo, and pops out like a Pez dispenser, can I, can I, can I, can I, can I, can I, can I, can I, can I, can I, pweez?

no, the voice thing sure, but the other copies would have to be made the old fashioned way. But the pez arm is allowed.

Ok, voice, arm and...how about the Terminator eye thingy, where he can computer calculate where to shoot and distances and that shizit?

um no, You can get goggles that do that. but no cyborg eyes, except to replace real ones, and they'd only give you night vision and perfect vision.

So your guy has Vulcan guns, missile launcher built into the torso, IR vision, UV vision, sonar, radar, Experimental cyberntic organism repair system, but my guy can't have terminator eyes?

Let us not forget his armor that repels almost everything.

He's a special case. Also if it makes you feel better he's out of ammo too.
